Bro's first npp cycle

got my npp and sust coming gonna be running npp at 400mg for 10weeks and sust at about 4-500 mg a week with a load the first week..
Sustanon 500MG Week 1-14
Npp 400mg week 2-12
Epistane 50mg ed weeks 10-14
Exemastane dosing?? Need an idea
Got caber
Igf 1 starting week 3 till the end


Any opinions ob what i should change or does this look good to go? Goal is lean bulk

IT looks super solid to me bro! I don't know much about the EPI but the npp and sustanon sounds spot on, and love the first week load ! What's your first week load dosage ?

Thats a good question i was gonna do double my weekly dosage on the first week but i have to do more research before i commit to that. Its a month or so out so i still have timw to prep for it. What is typical for a load? I was under tbe impression double to triple your weekly injection is the norm. Correct me if I'm wrong. As for epi I am opting towards it due to low toxicity but love the alpha feeling on it and won't contribute to any bloat and give me a dryer look coming off the npp.

Also sides for me on epi are nilche... so throwing it in at the end of the cycle will hopefully mitigate any pontential sides/lethargy etc.

Im not sure what your sustanon break down is, if its traditional 4 test ester sustanon (2 short 2 long) then i would load with an every day injection first week. then week 2 and 3 every other day injections. Then by week 4 when your sustanon really kicks in you can get away with 2 injections per week. but everyone calls their blends sustanon now days so its hard to say unless i know the break down in it.

But traditional sustanon should be done every day or every other day at least until week 4 when the long ester testosterone kicks, but personally i think sustanon should be done every other day the entire cycle again if its the traditional 4 test blend.

• 32 mg per ml of testosterone acetate
• 147 mg per ml of testosterone decanoate
• 73 mg per ml of testosterone propionate
• 73 mg per ml of testosterone phenylpropionate
• 125 mg per ml of testosterone cypionate

I'd run epi much longer than 4 weeks. Your dosage is pretty good though.

It'd be 5 weeks, was thinking 6 tops. 10-11-12-13-14= 5 lol

For the exemestane 12.5mg ed? or 25.. I know its A suicidal ai.. don't want to suppress e too much...

You won't know how much or even if you need an ai until you feel your body on cycle.
