What’s up guys and gals coming at you with back to back important days bc today is check in day with my coach where we assess cardio and food, we’re even getting pretty close to adding in a compound and or upping the test dose soon!!so I’m excited to see what he has to say today. Woke up today for fasted cardio feeling pretty fatigued and tired and dragged ass getting to the gym. Hit my check in poses and sent those over to coach then went for my cardio session. Was supposed to be 30 minutes on the stair stepper but my legs were still a bit sore from yesterday so I switched it up for 40 minutes elliptical instead to save my legs a bit. Coming back later today for a juicy push day which always goes well so looking forward to that.
Meal 1
- 200g egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 English muffins
- 100 g strawberries
Preworkout meal
- 40g whey isolate
- 100g blueberries
- 70g oats with a tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 stevia packets
Meal 3
- 150g chicken
- 100g green beans
- 150g jasmine rice
Meal 4
who doesn’t love a good push day, upper body pumps just hit different. Todays push day:

- 150g orange
- 100g brussel sprouts
- 200g white potatoes
Push 1
Did pretty well today and improved again over the last week without sacrificing form which is always what we try to do.

- Db flat bench 3x8-12
- Pec Dec 3x10-15
- Bilateral tri ext 3x12-20
- Sa tri pushdown 2x10-15
- Rope ab crunch 3x15-20
