Wassup y'all..

So weight seems to be dropping quickly now today I hit 222.5lbs !! Which is a total of 9lbs in under a week🤯

I had a pretty solid training sesh today Leg strength seems to be coming back which was a great sign for me knee pain wasnt too bad either.. It bothered me a bit for the 1st set of leg presses but after that I was able to go deep and knee pain was pretty negligible either that or greatly overshadowed by the intense burning in my quadsšŸ˜†

I tried doing the 16/8 eating schedule but haven't been able to really follow it the last few days cause Im haven't been able to eat much and if I didnt eat outside the window id be eating like 1k calories a day ...

Whats up everyone...

I know I've been M.I.A the last 4 days. I haven't been to the gym since my last log.

Let me fill you guys in with my situation.. I've been focusing on getting the hell out of my living situation! I know towards the beginning of my log I was excited to move back close to my family but the living situation was just disgusting...

The divorced older lady I moved in with has clearly given up on life and just lives in filth.. There cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen,bathroom and even my room (which didnt have a door).

I felt sorry for her and tried my best to help clean but I just got sick of it cause she didnt even try to help if I didnt do it then it wasnt getting done.. I had to wash dishes not only after I used them but also before because I didnt want to cook/ use dishes that had cockroaches crawling on them.

The kitchen smelled like there was a dead animal in it somewhere and she got mad at me for taking the trash out with the bag to just dump it out and re-use the trash bag!

The last straw was the other night I saw roaches crawling out of the microwave and later that night I woke up to a huge one crawling in my arm🤮

That was it .. !!
Theres more I could get into the bathroom details but I think I made my point..

So thanks to the girl I've been seeing she made it possible to get us into an apartment! I move in tomorrow!! So .. Im going to be busy for the next couple of days helping her move (because I dont own anything besides my clothes for the most part)

She lives 2 hours away and has everything to furnish the new place I am soo grateful that she was willing to help me get out of my nightmarish situation and not only that the new apartment is literally a mile away from my daughter and I'll have a nice clean place she can come visit me at ( I absolutely did not let my daughter come to the roach house)

On another note Im still dropping weight somehow I really think the reta is fixing my metabolism cause I haven't even been training and the weight is just falling off..

I also did drop my reta dose back to 1mg for now because Im not able to eat at all I have to force myself to eat and also because im now completely broke after pitching in all my money for the new apartment..

I should be back in the gym in 2 more days latest! I'll keep you guys posted...

Good idea to lower the Reta Dose. Couldn’t imagine not being able to eat, Reta doesn’t affect my appetite in that way, I’m always hungry it’s a curse lol
