(ALL USP GEAR) Gear online, throw the robe on and Ash at my side following me to the Rockstar. We do our morning perimeter checks water some plants and the chickens we got 13 buttnuggets this morning!!! Gave Ash his avocado blanket and training videos. Turn on the sprinkler system head to the Creeper Cave. Flip on Evo this morning. Jumped on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and ready to move. So far nothing hurtful in the shoulder. I know its still there just going to be careful. So started this off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 20 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders. This morning I figured it would be wise to do quarter load as warm up's.

* 190.2 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 80lbs cut to 40lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 14 then 13. Then 11. We are staying even. Still a bit of agitation.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 13, then 12 on the rest of the sets. Staying level we are still even from last go around. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
This is my working load for now. We will work up. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. Checking my note book before we got 1 rep.

• Cable Lateral Raises * Skipped today
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 15lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 12 lbs and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be niggling as Mobster would say.

* I did some more Creeper stretches. Even with the weight hanging off the shoulder it was helpful as I could feel it tightened up.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
5 x 5 + 25lbs over hand, up fast, down slow and controlled. Not completed....

* I did 5 chin ups all bi focused seems to be okay, did another 10 all seems well.

* Deficit push ups 2 sets
10 done, I could feel the iratated area starting to bark in the deep negative. May need to adjust this to a different hand position. Or just keep after it to work this out.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
A better day over all, feeling good today. Been getting all the European cars. From the problem child's to the clean high end rides. Got to do an inspection on a 24 Audi RS5 this one is screaming Creeper, in black, turbo 2.9 litter V6, 444 hp. It's FUCK YOU mode is super fun. The cornering ability in apex is like michelangelo carving marble. It puts the power down with surgical perception of confidence.
The smoke continues to be everywhere. The whole dam state seems to be on fire, its definitely effecting all of us. We have ash falling out of the sky overnight covering everything. I knew it was going to be a bad year with the winter that wasn't.

🔥 TEAM USP Bodybuilding News 🔥
July 02/2026

• NICK WALKER — TAMPA PRO DOMINANCE & NEW COACH CONFIRMED
Nick Walker continues to dominate the global bodybuilding news cycle as Tampa Pro approaches.

• Walker officially confirmed Prabh Dhaliwal as his new prep coach for Tampa Pro. Depending on how this goes for Nick, it could not last long.

• Walker publicly stated he intends to “annihilate and embarrass” the Tampa lineup, emphasizing massive separation between himself and the field.

• Walker’s confidence surge is echoed across YouTube commentary, where he reiterates he’s not just coming to win but to dominate.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Walker’s messaging is now fully aligned: new coach, aggressive prep, high confidence, and zero hesitation. Tampa Pro is being framed as his personal proving ground.

• TAMPA PRO LINEUP — PALACIOS, HOLLLINGSHEAD & VISA DRAMA

Joe Palacios Threat Level:
Bodybuilding legends (Dennis James, Milos Sarcev, Jose Raymond) continue debating whether Palacios can push Walker to the brink. Palacios’ mass‑monster structure and back density remain the core argument.

James Hollingshead — Confirmed Entry:
Hollingshead’s Tampa Pro entry is circulating heavily across YouTube shorts and reels. Fans question whether Tampa is the right strategic move given past midsection critiques.

Behrooz Tabani — Visa Issues Continue:
Tabani’s recurring visa problems resurfaced again, with new commentary suggesting his latest issue may have been a timing mistake rather than a full denial.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
The Tampa Pro lineup is volatile. Walker is the clear favorite, but Palacios and Hollingshead add legitimate storyline weight. Tabani’s absence removes a potential wildcard.

• FLEX PRO ITALY – GLOBAL REACTIONS

Edward Kargbo Wins 2026 Flex Pro Italy:
Kargbo officially took first place at the 2026 Flex Pro Italy event.

Behrooz Tabani Absence Confirmed:
Tabani was again unable to compete due to visa complications.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Kargbo’s win strengthens his momentum heading into Olympia season. Tabani’s continued visa issues are now a recurring storyline affecting multiple shows.

• DEXTER JACKSON — PRIME MINISTER MEETING GOES VIRAL
Dexter “The Blade” Jackson made mainstream headlines after meeting Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who publicly stated Jackson inspired him to train harder.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
This is one of the rare bodybuilding stories crossing into global political news, boosting visibility for the sport.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Walker is no longer teasing dominance — he’s declaring it.
The Tampa Pro storyline is now a three‑man axis: Walker, Palacios, Hollingshead.
Flex Pro Italy tightened the global competitive picture, and Dexter Jackson’s viral moment pushed bodybuilding into mainstream headlines.
Prep silence across divisions is the biggest tell: everyone is cooking.
TEAM USP stays ahead.

Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 8 buttnuggets this morning! set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Especially my shoulder. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Time in the mornings is tight. So getting up 30 min earlier, getting in a full workout not in rush. Did 10 minutes of work on my shoulder in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets.

* 192.2 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid/trap. Got a really nice pump really quickly. And it didn't seem to bother the shoulder doing this. We added 10lbs.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. I dropped back on this to 50 uni got 25 reps. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went uni at 25lbs for 2 sets, at 25 reps. Started feeling my left side. We will stop and call this a win.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is a lot easier hit upper & traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Got some pump out of this. There is a bit discomfort here but manageable.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23 21. Keeping everything level. And seems not to bother.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms were happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely. Back is swollen and fat like Walmart customer's on the 15th. 🤔😅

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. Sight discomfort. Was able to get it done.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Blood did come into the arms here. Feels nasty!

• Pull up's, so this is a painful movement. I did 15, pause and did the Creeper stretches. Then got 10 more. We will call this a big win! 💪🏼😁

🔥 TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
July 03/2026

💥 William Bonac — Veteran Fire, Zero Fade
William Bonac comes off the Empro Classic Spain win with a chip on his shoulder. The uploaded file confirms he directly addressed critics, stating his physique is still improving and that he’s not slowing down heading into Las Vegas.
Bonac’s tone is aggressive, confident, and dismissive of anyone doubting his longevity. His conditioning in Spain was the best he’s shown in two seasons, and his camp is pushing the narrative that he’s peaking at the right time.

🦍 Rubiel “Neckzilla” Mosquera — Season Shutdown, Strategic Reset
Rubiel Mosquera is officially out for the entire 2026 season. The document confirms the withdrawal is tied to post‑hernia surgery recovery, with his team shifting focus to a 2027 comeback.
This is a major loss for rising‑star hype, but the long‑term play is clear: rebuild, stabilize, and return with a freak package that doesn’t risk structural damage.

⚡ Michal “Krizo” Krizanek — Off‑Season Shock Footage
Krizo dropped off‑season bulk clips that ignited speculation across fan pages and pro circles. The footage shows him significantly fuller through the chest and delts, with improved leg separation even at higher bodyweight.
His camp is teasing a “complete package” for Olympia, and the document notes the fan reaction has been explosive. Krizo’s trajectory is upward — the question is whether he can translate mass into stage‑ready detail.

🔥 Andrew Jacked — Quiet but Dangerous Prep Mode
Andrew Jacked remains one of the most dangerous dark horses. The uploaded file confirms his Romania Pro placement locked his qualification early, giving him a long runway for Olympia prep.
His physique updates have been minimal, but insiders report he’s focusing heavily on back density and posing refinement the two areas judges consistently push him on.

💣 Tonio Burton — Mexico Pro Momentum
Tonio Burton secured his Olympia ticket via the Mexico Pro win. Burton’s physique continues trending toward denser legs and improved midsection control.
His camp is pushing a “complete athlete” narrative, not just freak factor, but symmetry and polish.

🔥 Martin Fitzwater — Early‑Season Hammer
Martin Fitzwater locked qualification early, giving him one of the longest Olympia preps in the division.
His updates show improved back thickness and a questionable waist. Fitzwater’s biggest advantage is time, he’s not scrambling for qualification, he’s building.

• Sasan Heirati — Precision
Sasan Heirati punched his ticket via the FIBO Pro. His physique continues trending toward razor‑sharp conditioning, with improved quad sweep and posing discipline.
Heirati is one of the most technically precise athletes in the lineup, not the biggest, but one of the cleanest.

🇮🇹 Andrea Presti — Poland Pro Power
Andrea Presti secured qualification at Pro Muscle Poland. His physique updates show improved chest fullness and better mid‑back detail.
Presti’s camp is emphasizing “European density” thick, grainy, and stage‑ready.

🇨🇦 Quinton Eriya — The Canadian Climber
Quinton Eriya continues his upward trajectory with a qualification that surprised no one.
His physique is one of the most aesthetic in the division, and his off‑season improvements in hamstring detail are finally showing.

🇦🇪 Edward Kargbo — UAE Breakthrough
Edward Kargbo secured his spot through international qualifiers.
Kargbo’s physique updates show improved shoulder width and better stage presence — he’s one of the most underrated athletes heading into Olympia.

🧠TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)🇺🇸
Today’s athlete cycle is all about momentum vs. strategy. Bonac is surging, Krizo is bulking with intent, Neckzilla is resetting for long‑term dominance, and the rest of the field is sharpening their weapons for the most stacked Olympia lineup since 2020.

• TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
Lower body work.

* 192.8 This morning.

• @0500 my eyes are open no alarm on the weekends, even so 30 extra minutes is sleeping in. Shoulder is feeling pretty good this morning. Daily progress and stretching is paying off. Mr.Ash bolted down stairs waiting for me. USP gear on board.
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primobolan 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Masteron e 25mg
Nandrolone 25mg

Of course won't miss the most important part of the stack Rockstar zero.
We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. The chickens are clucking about wanting food. We have 10 eggs this morning! No extra chickens today. Water going on the yard. Ash posts up on the couch with his training videos and his avocadoblanket. I hit the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the work to come. Smoke is everywhere. It has been giving me some major issues in my sinuses and eyes. The wind has been outrageous causing it to move unpredictable but todat they say it shouldn't be as bad. On to opening my chest up as well as the Creeper stretches using 20lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Finished off with my old school stretches Throw on the EVO, listening to some of the older one's, still great information. I started doing a Tren writing from my notes. It's going to take some time as it's a complex compound. Talking about digging in, I watched Vigorous Steve's Saturday show. Talking about the Boldenone show Sean put up. And pretty much blasted the notion that the body makes elaquin, even if it dose, its small amounts. And the system modeling he had used is different that the standard excepted model system. None the less its a move in the right direction for people to have a reason to look into and work on it from different angles. Thats the only way new data can be collected. Make a sound theory and have others fact check information.

• Leg Press

280 Stance neutral today. We have jumped 10 lbs
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting really deep great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled keep the knee straight by using a foam block. I keep doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Feeling a bit better after just moving. Legs have been tight with all the steps I have been getting.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover. I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 13 that the wall is starting this time, 1 more reps than I was fatiguing before. the last 2 sets were grity. Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. As my head spins when I get up!

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Being methodically. Staying level in reps is winning. I still have to go to work tomorrow and get in and out of cars all day.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Set 5, my favorite. Is really burning.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even. I did feel some discomfort but not like before.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
270 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. The foam block is being used here. We added 10 lbs.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets wide stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads were on fire! Foam box is still being used. I should note I moved down on the plate a bit, still mostly quad focused.

* Extra set push up's
Got 15 in and gave a break to my shoulder, stretch it a bit with mobility pt rotation. Got another 10. Still discomfort, guess most people would say pain. It is lesser than before. So we are heading into the right direction.

• Notes of the Day
Today was a busy day around the house, we had a lot of stuffs to catch up on. Then I got a tool cart that matches my tool box pretty well. To put most my daily use stuff in. Cutting time down to grab tools and type on the computer. Should help with production of work flow for me. Cut a few steps out. Anyway was a good 4th weekend we will see how many co-workers are dragging ass tomorrow 🤙 definitely won't be me!

• INDUSTRY TRENDS & DIVISION DEBATES

Men’s Physique “Size Drift” Controversy
Across TikTok and Instagram, judges and creators are debating whether Men’s Physique is drifting too close to Classic Physique as mass continues to be rewarded.

🧠TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Hutchinson’s Portugal Pro win wasn’t just a qualification it was a power move.
Nick Walker’s Tampa Pro run is shaping into one of the most calculated plays of the season, and Samson’s 345‑lb off-season base is the kind of mass that changes Olympia predictions overnight. Bonac’s coaching shift adds volatility to an already chaotic Olympia prep landscape.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Physique size debate is heating up fast and the division is clearly approaching a breaking point.

TEAM USP doesn’t just track results — we track momentum, pressure, and the shifting battlefield.

Mr. Ash is up with some sleepy eyes wanting out he shuffles to the fridge for Rockstar. I take him outside to do his show and he sniffs everything as we do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got 11 buttnuggets this morning! I am shuffling about this morning the legs definitely are sore.. I hit the garage to get warmed and loosen up. Started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Most definitely need to stretch out as a bit of tightness is coming in the lower back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. 20 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders. Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. The spot in my shoulder did complain a bit. Nothing overdone. I hit 15 more. That was a bit less irritating. Decided to grab the versa grips and try pull up's. I did 5, and could tell its a bit more stress on it. I got 5 more done before it really barked at me.

(ALL USP GEAR) Gear on board, throw the robe on and Ash at my side following me to the Rockstar. We do our morning perimeter checks water some plants and the chickens we got 10 buttnuggets this morning! Gave Ash his avocado blanket and training videos. Turn on the sprinkler system head to the Creeper Cave. Flip on Evo this morning. Pat is an interesting human being. Jumped on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far nothing hurtful in the shoulder. I know its still there just going to be careful. So started this off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 20 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders. This morning I will do quarter load as warm up's.

* 191.4 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 80lbs cut to 50lbs up 10.

Checking my note book we are even.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 5 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 15lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. Definitely some pain in front and neutral. But manageable. Did Creeper stretches after this, to avoid cramps.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 12 lbs and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. Think I will add weight next go.

* I did some more Creeper stretches. Even with the weight hanging off the shoulder it was helpful as I could feel it tightened up.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
We got 10 pulls done, and 10 push ups.
Then 10 more pulls, to 10 push up's on the foam blocks.

* I did 10 chin ups all bi focused seems to be fine, did another 10 all seems well.
* Then more Creeper stretches. We will work this out at all means necessary. As the final edge. I pin 10mg of klow in the shoulder for acceleration of healing. I have to say it is working incredibly well. It burns like a MF for a minute. But it seems to knock down inflammation and pain quickly.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
A great day overall, killed the day, got good amount of hours turned in, 16.6 in all.
I was off by 2 days. Today is the day I get fit for my CPAP machine. 🤙 This is a huge win for me. 2hrs 45 minutes of sleep the night before is not working well. Like the 3hrs and 12 minutes lastnight. I am being a bitch.... And if anyone is wondering my sleep has been messed up a long time. Not just blasting. I was continously put off by doctors since my 20's. It took me just standing up and saying it. I want a sleep study. The pills don't work. You are in charge of your health you call shots too!

🔥 TEAM USP Bodybuilding News 🔥
July 08/2026

• HEADLINE STORY — Hadi Choopan’s 20lb Surge Intensifies Olympia Chaos

Hadi Choopan continues to dominate the news cycle after Milos Sarcev confirmed the Persian Wolf is “20 pounds heavier than ever” heading into the 2026 Mr. Olympia. Fresh physique updates show Choopan thicker through shoulders, arms, chest, and legs while maintaining trademark graininess.

Sarcev’s strategy:
• Push Choopan’s carb-heavy metabolism
• If I know Milos, insulin heavy
• Add upper-back density
• Rebuild chest & legs
• Balance legs
• Maintain conditioning benchmark he’s famous for

Choopan’s comeback momentum is rising after a controversial 3rd-place finish at the 2026 Arnold Classic. Retirement rumors are dead — he’s all-in for Vegas.

• INTERNATIONAL SHOW RESULTS — Portugal Pro Fallout

Jordan Hutchinson wins the 2026 Mr. Big Evolution Portugal Pro, securing his Olympia qualification with a razor-thin victory over James Hollingshead.
Top 5 (Men’s Open):
1. Jordan Hutchinson
2. James Hollingshead
3. Lorenzo Leeuwe
4. Justin Musiol
5. Emir Omeragic

This win follows Hutchinson’s 3rd-place finish at FLEX Weekend Italy marking one of the strongest rebounds of the season.

• MEN’S OPEN — Major Athlete Updates

Nick Walker — Tampa Pro Confirmed
Nick Walker has officially announced he will compete at the 2026 Tampa Pro in three weeks, scrapping his planned long offseason.
• “Game time now.”
• New coach: Prabh Dhaliwal
• Goal: Momentum heading into Olympia

• Samson Dauda — 350lb Offseason Monster.

Samson Dauda is pushing unprecedented size, weighing 346 lbs and aiming for 350 lbs.
He hasn't shown a weight update, his size looks the same, he is pulling cals slowly, then is bring out the details.
• Arms: 24 inches
• New training split
• High-protein diet
Dauda also shared his top picks for the 2026 Arnold Classic:
Hadi Choopan, Andrew Jacked, Nick Walker, Martin Fitzwater.

• OLYMPIA QUALIFICATION SYSTEM
2026 Rules Snapshot

Key rules for 2026:
• Men’s Open: Top 3 from 2025 Olympia + winners of each open contest qualify.
• Classic, Men’s Physique, Bikini, Wellness: Top 25 in points OR win two contests.
• Major shows (Arnold, Pittsburgh, NY Pro, Romania, Dubai) award higher points.

Olympia dates: September 24–27, Las Vegas.

• SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTROVERSY WATCH

Hadi Choopan publicly addressed political controversy surrounding alleged support of the Iranian government, stating he has “never been affiliated with any governmental entity.”
This comes as he attempts to rebuild momentum after the Arnold Classic and silence critics ahead of Olympia.

• OTHER DIVISION HIGHLIGHTS
• 212 Winner (Portugal Pro): Nihat Kaya
• Classic Physique Winner: Cezar Falcao
• Men’s Physique Winner: Sidy Pouye
• Bikini Winner: Ivanna Escandar

🧠 TEAM USP (Creeper’s Thoughts)

The Open division is officially a war zone. Hadi’s 20lb escalation isn’t just a physique update it’s a direct threat to Derek’s reign and a seismic shift in Olympia projections. As long as he can bring the waist in. The look I see takes his quads out of balance with a thick waist He looks like a smaller....Nick Walker jumping into Tampa Pro flips the mid-season narrative, and Samson Dauda pushing 350lbs means the mass race is back on in full force. And I love it!
Portugal Pro proved one thing: judges are rewarding aggressive density and stage presence. Hutchinson’s win wasn’t clean it was earned in a knife fight. I don't think Jordan can bring anything more. That’s the energy the 2026 season is running on.
Vegas is going to be VIOLENT. ☠️

Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 9 buttnuggets this morning! set up Ash with his avocado blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Especially my shoulder. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Time in the mornings is tight. So getting up 30 min earlier, getting in a full workout, not in rush. Did 10 minutes of work on my shoulder in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. At 1/4 load

* 192.5 This morning

Today I went for upper/trap. Got a really nice pump really quickly. And it didn't seem to bother the shoulder doing this. We added 10lbs.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
75 on the stack, 25 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. I dropped back on this to 30 uni got 20 reps. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went uni at 25lbs for 3 sets, at 20 reps. Not too much longer I feel we will be back to normal.

Got some good pump out of this.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Blood did come into the arms here. Feeling nasty!

• Pull up's, so this is a painful movement. I did 15, pause and did the Creeper stretches. Then got 10 more. We will call this a big win! 💪🏼😁

🔥 TEAM USP — BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
July 09/2026

ATHLETE UPDATES

Sampson Dauda – Posted an update with a back double. I thought it was looking solid. Some say it was weak. Other's say its the best ever. I am anticipating the final stage look from him the most.

Hadi Choopan — Milos Sarcev says Hadi is heavier than ever. He’s up 20 pounds at 12 weeks out. Fullness is the priority. Conditioning still on track. Not seeing Hadi in a bulk like this, can he make the cut, and still bring fullness?

Martin Fitzwater — Dropped a 12-weeks-out update. Conditioning is coming in fast. Slight stomach distension showing needs to tighten that before stage time.

Nick Walker — Heavy debate on coach channels. Milos Sarcev called out a mistake that could cost him the Tampa Pro vs Joe Palacios. Nick says he’s still planning to dominate.

Michael Kryzo — Off‑season leg day clip blew up coach pages. People arguing whether he can break into the Olympia top tier this year. I think if some of the older guard retired he will be in the top call out.

PRO SHOW RESULTS

Mr. Big Evolution Pro (Portugal)
Jordan Hutchinson takes 1st in Men’s Open.
James Hollingshead lands 2nd, Lorenzo takes 3rd.
James is planning a show in China to try and sneak in the Olympia

212 Division — Portugal Pro
Nihat Kaya, 23 years old, dominated. Crazy back lat spread, tiny waist, symmetry. A real threat to Keon Pearson moving forward.

NPC Universe / NPC News Online
Prejudging photos for Men’s Bodybuilding + Classic Physique dropped. Athletes already locking targets for NPC North American + Olympia Amateur in September.

COMMUNITY NEWS

Connor Murphy — Reports confirm the 32‑year‑old influencer passed away from an apparent drowning incident in Thailand.

CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (TEAM USP)
Hadi’s weight jump is the biggest headline, 20 pounds this close to Olympia means he’s pushing fullness harder than ever. And in my mind is it the right move? Fitzwater looks sharp but needs to fix the midsection and he seems to bring it in fast. Nick Walker’s situation is getting louder every day; Tampa Pro pressure is increasing, Jo P seems to take it in stride. Kaya in the 212 is the fastest-rising threat in the division. And the community was not in shock with the loss of Connor Murphy. He was out of his mind if you seen any of his last videos.
He should have been on Evo, and looked for help!

• TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
Lower body work.

* 192.8 This morning.

• The waking world comes to me at 0400, cpap night 2 was okay, got 5 hrs in all. Kids were up goofing around late. I can't wait till they are older and I will come to their house when they have to work. And rummage through their fridge in the middle of the night 😈 morning. Daily progress and stretching is paying off. Shoulder was not stiff this morning. Mr.Ash bolted down stairs waiting for me. USP gear on board.
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primobolan 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Masteron e 25mg
Nandrolone 25mg

Of course won't miss the most important part of the stack Rockstar zero.
We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. The chickens are clucking about wanting food. We have 12 eggs this morning! No extra chickens today. I have 52 eggs right now! Smoke is calming down. It has been giving me some major issues in my sinuses and eyes. So its much needed relief. We have heat and wind coming in so might get another round of fires/smoke. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 20lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Finished off with my old school stretches Throw on the EVO, listening to some of the older one's. Then catch up with new ones on my drive.

• Leg Press

280 Stance wide today.

I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 13 that the wall is starting, 1 more rep than I was fatiguing before. the last 2 sets were grity.

280 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.

* Extra set push up's
Got 15 in and took a pause, got 10 more. Foam blocks being used for a deep stretch.

* Extra set pull up's
Did 10 and was feeling it from yesterday. Wasn't going to over-do it got 10 more. Hopefully add my plate back soon!

Started off good, kinda had to wiggle myself out of the car this morning at work. I bet to someone else it looked horrible. 🤷 I have electrical problems on a Mercedes to figure out. Its proven to be an ass kicker to other technicians. And has taken me down the rabbit hole. It has can bus communication issues keeping computers on draining the battery system down. I have un fucked other work. GPS unit, some kind of wireless controller and repairs to damaged wires. I'll will get it pinned down soon! 🫡

🔥TEAM USP Bodybuilding News 🔥

• Neckzilla’s 2026 prep, and postponement

🧠 TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)

Today tried to slow me down, Cpap, early wake‑up, smoke, tight legs, chickens, yard, dungeon, work chaos and I still crushed every part of my grind. Legs, calves, abs, stretches, extras, macros locked, and a full day of real‑life responsibility stacked on top of it. And after all that, I still kept my eye on the sport: Samson surging, Andrew tightening up, Fitzwater catching heat, Hadi blowing up in size, Krizo rising, Hutchinson winning, visa drama threatening Olympia. I handled my world and stayed plugged into theirs.
That’s USP discipline, build myself, track the battlefield, and stack another day, no matter what.
