Looks like I’m gonna have to be working up her body a little bit different. I had to go to the chiropractor and get some shoulders adjusted and my SI joint was out. If you have never experienced a SI joint hip being put back into place just go shoot a 12 gauge shotgun and hear that bang that pop that’s what it sounded like so you can imagine what it felt like. But I hear what you guys are saying. I’m gonna start hitting upper body extremely hard and see what this old 58 year old man can do.
 
Did an arm workout yesterday. Nothing crazy but just a lot of stretching and full contractions. I can feel it this morning but that is the name of the game. If you guys have any questions feel free to ask.

I started off with just some standings bicep curls did two sets to warm up with 20 and then work my way up to think to the 35s shooting for rep range around 10 to 12. Then I moved over to seated inclines and did four sets of their working sets of 8 to 10 reps 30 pounds. That’s what I used then it went and did your curls 45 pound plate on the machine. I did four sets there finished up doing four sets of drag curls which completely blew my arms out triceps with what little I had left in the tank. I did push downs Five sets from 90 to 160 and that was pretty much all I had that day.

Guys let me tell you I did out maybe a force of a table of baking soda washed it down and I wanted to start with some cable flies just to stretch out a little bit. What I ended up doing was an entire workout on that machine. I did low cable for set. I did high cables for four sets and then I brought it down to almost even with my chest, and I did press with your hand like in a hammer curl. I did additional four sets of these I’m taking maybe 30 seconds to a minute in between sets match was so full of blood that it went numb I could not squeeze it any harder I could not flex it any harder. If you have never tried baking soda as crazy as it sounds, you need to try at least for a week. You get an entire box of baking soda for a few bucks try and let me know what you think.

@drtbear1967 i use baking soda for a lot of things at home. i don't undrestand though what baking soda purpose is here. maybe explain more

Baking soda breaks down the acid that builds up in our muscles therefore, not only can we train longer and harder without the buildup. It helps to push the blood into the muscles. Therefore you get skin splitting pumps. When I first started doing this, I tried back as my first Exercise. I could not believe how my back felt. It had never felt that pumped at all the years that I’ve been in the gym, you can also research that baking soda was one of the first substances that was outlawed by the Olympic committee due to performance enhancing.
