these are old bloods right? but no test or e2 or free test or thyroid?
I’ll get those done next.
My PCP is also an Endocrinologist and we have a good relationship. I had a firefighter screening back in January. Thyroid was clean in my full body Ultrasound, though I have small nodules spread all over my lungs. This is typical in 1 out of 3 people, but I’m considered high risk from a career of firefighting. My chest CT was worse. My cardiac calcium score was 362…not good. That’s part of why I competed again. It’s the only way I know how to get somewhat healthy. I don’t know how much more time I have left on this earth, but I’m going to make the most of it.

Good job on this boss. Lots of things are out of whack but that's pretty common. Hopefully when you come off the gear, things will normalize. @ChuckaZulu67
I’m on TRT for life brother.
I bumped it up:
TestE @ 375mg EW with 5g Creatine ED for this prep. I’ve learned that (getting enough) proper nutrition is key to growth.

@ChuckaZulu67 Bros, it's good that you are working with a good quality doctor. Important to make sure you keep your organs in good shape. We don't want you to have issues.

A little change of plans:
My wife and I had a long discussion yesterday and it was decided that I will compete for the last time on Saturday, June 27th. We have a European vacation planned in July, 3 weddings in September, and my health is the main concern.

I was 181 lbs this morning, just a pound heavier than I was, a week out from my last competition in May.
The goal is to come on harder and fullerIMG_6437.webp this time. It’s a big regional show and I will compete in the Masters 50+ Bodybuilding class.

The Rhode Island Muscle looks like a good competition. @ChuckaZulu67 there's some tough competitors up there in the Northeast.
