    Heavy 198.5 - 224.5 Super over 224.5 New class in Canada they have broken middle and LH up a bit. Lt. Middle 165-176 and middle 176.5-186 (lame if you ask me)

    I agree, there were other diaredics at work, nothing major but some aldanctone. I figure just extra fuild. If anything carbonated drinks plus sweater should make a person hold water.

    1-2cc ED is good dose, depends on body weight, i forget but it's so much per Kg. Have to read insert on box. I can be hard on heart for some ppl. It's not a make or break supplement, i used it when cutting and was OK, but again is one of those NICE TO HAVE but not really needed. IMO.

    I think it's good idea to keep same basline calories , but adjust ratio's for if you drop carbs by 10% then increase protien by same 10% calories stays the same, but you still can deplete with less muscle lose

    I still say i have never seen anyone time it right (lasix). Plus a pro has 15lbs to drop, most of use can't afford something like like day before show. THis time so far i have used ZERO diaredics and look 100x better!
