Im going to use this thread as a journal to record my own progress, im not a bodybuilder so any help or advice will be appreciated!

I have just started my 6 month bulk which i hope will get me up to the 200lbs mark by the end, the initial 3 months i will be off-cycle but using slin PWO. Months 3-6 i will be using AAS, my current plan of compounds to use is as follows:

Weeks 1-12: Test C 800mg
Weeks 1-12: Tren E 400mg
Weeks 1-4: Dianabol 40mg
Weeks 1-4: Oxymethalone 50mg
Weeks 1-18: Nolvadex 20mg every day
Weeks 14-17: Clomid 50mg every day

My current stats are:

Height: 5' 10
Weight: 176lbs
Bodyfat: 12-13%
Chest: 44in
Arm: 15in
Leg: 22in

Here is my current Diet whilst im using Slin during my 4 week PCT from my last cycle:

My diet will alter when i finish using slin and start my next AAS course.

1st Year Progress pictures, (2 Cycles inc in my 1st year)

1st Pic was taken when i 1st started training at 143lbs
2nd Pic was taken after 9 months of bulking, 188lbs
3rd Pic was after a 3 month cut back to 170lbs (this was taken at the begining of October.)

how old are you? how many cycles have you done in the past? and correct me if im wrong but doesnt 6 months have more weeks than 17, more like 26?? looks like a copy and paisted cycle lol

maybe if u took the time to actualy read his post u would have known he said the first 3 months he wasnt doing any gear...you re-re

Im 22 and have completed 2 x 12 week cycles previously (1 bulk and 1 cut). Your right 6 months does have more weeks than 17 lol Im not planning on being on cycle for 6 months though :)
 
ahh true, well thats good, id say too heavy for your first one, but you have some history with it.

It may not be what you want to hear, but in my opinion your biggest obstacle is eating. You don't need insulin at this point as it for very advanced competitors. Given your stats and history I don't see a need for more than 400mg of test a week with a kickstart of Dbol at 40mg a day. Don't take this the wrong way, but if you are doing things like this at 176lbs at 5'10 what are you going to progress too? I'm currently making great gains and just upped my test from 500mg a week to 750 and 500mg of Deca. I'm also using insulin and I'm at 10% or less at 255lbs at 5'9. Food is your best friend or your worst enemy. It's the only thing that really "builds" muscle. You can have as many workers standing around to build a mansion as you want. If you don't give them the materials they aren't going to get far.

Thanks for the advice, thats some impressive stats youve got! How long have you been training for? Ive been training for just under 1 year now, i was 143lbs starting and bulked up to 188lbs 18-20% bodyfat in 9 months before dieting back down to 170lbs at 11% bf. I think these are reasonable gains considering im still a newbie to bodybuilding.

My diet is consistant thanks to my mrs, i make the diet plan and she cooks the food accordingly which makes things alot easier for me!

My use of insulin is to keep me anabolic whilst going through my PCT, ive used it earlier in the year for the same reason and was happy with the results. I only lost 2lbs between the end of my 1st cycle and the start of my 2nd cycle which i was very pleased with.

Since im now using insulin after a 3 month cutting phase im hoping it will help to increase my weight back to 180-185lbs by the start of my next cycle in January which should set me up nicely to push past the 200lbs mark.

Since i changed my diet from 2000 cals back to 3500 cals with slin my weight has increased by 8lbs in 2 weeks putting me up to 178lbs so i think 185lbs is reasonable to achieve by Jan.

A bit of an update for my current status, my weight is now 178lbs and my strength is increasing rapidly. I also used slin pre-workout on friday for the 1st time and the feeling was immense in the gym. Lots of energy and good pumps and strength increase. Im now going to continue using slin pre-workout throughout my PCT.
 
If you've got the insulin use down and can be religious with it, then I don't see a problem. As mentioned I would drop either the Dbol or Drol and you're good.

I was nervous trying slin pre-workout but after reading mutants thread on how to do it curiousity got the better of me :D

Any reason why you dont reccommend using both dbol and drol?

Ill have a quick search for the article i read about using the 2 and ill post the link.
 
I've never ran them both together. I've always either ran one or the other and I love Drol at 100mg a day
