Ok guys here are my end of the year offseason pictures. Im going to finish the year out weighing in at 275lbs (278lbs in the gym today, with workout cloths on). Im pretty happy with this look for offseason, not so sure of my bodyfat, but I would guys its about 12%-13% (its only a guess, maybe more, IDK) I think for being 29 weeks out, im ok with this conditioning. I plan on starting a pre-pre contest diet monday. I just plan on cleaning up the diet, and getting my bodyfat (or conditioning) down to around 10% bodyfat. I want to be in very good shape by around 15-16 weeks out, so im not killing myself to get my bodyfat down. I normally lean up pretty fast, so not to worried at this point. Just want to play it safe, and be able to hold on to my mass best I can.

Training has been great this past month, been doing some mountaindog style of training, and hitting the gym more often (prob 5-6 days a week) Dont know how long I'll be able to this this amount of training, before I need a deloading week, but for now im going to run with it and hope to gain along the way.

Well let me know what you all think...good or bad...

thanks

thanks guys. Training this month has been great. I have really changed up training, and for some reason, it has really helped...Here is a example on what I have done this week.

Mon - biceps and triceps - this day we did lots of supersets, bis and tri's together, doing higher reps (15 +) and going for a crazy pump. Total sets together was around 24 sets (12 bis/ 12 tri)

Tues - Delts and traps - this was a moutaindog style of workout, we started with smythe behind neck presses, 3 sets for 15 reps, last set all out to failure, going into the 20 + rep range. Then onto d.b. laterals with partials reps at the end for 3 sets. then a superset of rear delt machine laterals, w/ some band work for rear delts. Then to high pulls, with some more band work. Then onto traps, today was just some d.b. shrugs, heavy high reps. Crazy, sick pump !!!

Wends - Leg day (with a 3rd training partner) today leg workout was lower volume, but sorta like yates like. Maybe a few more sets here and there. started with calf raises then to calf press (on leg press) 3 sets of each doing 20 plus reps. Then went to lying leg curls and barbell stiff leg deads. the last set of each movement went to failure and beyond to really tax the hams and calfs. Then for squats we got a new belt squat machine (that is awesome, got to get a video) and I worked up to 8 plates a side for 20 + reps to failure. after 3-4 sets of that, I was beat, and then went to leg extensions, for 3 sets of 15-20 reps. I was beat, and my legs are sore today. 4 days later...

Thurs - Upper back day - this day just focus on my upper outter lats. Im working on making myself wider, and giving me more of that X man look. So it was wide grip pulldowns, d.b. pullovers, straight arm pulldowns, DY rows, ect. Lots of movements, lots of sets, nothing to failure just sick pump...great worout...

Friday - Bis and tricpes (again) - this workout was more of a heavy day, lower volume, not so much of a pump day. Just focus on getting the reps clean with more weight. Kept the reps in the 10 range, and didnt go higher on them. just two movment of biceps and triceps focusing on moving the weight and getting good reps.

Saturday - Chest - (extra training partner) - heavy chest day, hammer incline press 3 x 10 to failure, neck presses for upper chest 3 x 15 (lighter pumping sets), machine flys supersetted with machine flat press (reps in the 10-15 range) all sets to failure. Truth is only the first movement did I really try to go all out on weight, the rest of the workout, I did more of a pump style of training. Just because I have this head cold going on. I felt only about 85% this day, so I took it kinda easy, but got a good pump, and workout.

Sunday (today) Back - I guess we will see how this turns out later today....
