Doing good, thanks for the check in.
Scale says 180 lbs.... I have already had 2 meals today though.
I feel like I'm growing every day.
Recovery time is minimal.
Very busy this past week, had family in town since before the 4th but I was still able to get my training and meals in.
Taking nova-bloat and Adex eod. I'm going to have to order more.

Working on fixing Anterior Pelvic Tilt which has been causing lower back pain after skwaats.
Back and traps today.
 
Quick update:
Up another 1 1/2 lbs.
Strength is up.
I usually do 4 sets at 4 reps of bench at 255 lbs.
This week i was able to do it for 5 sets at 5 reps. ( I know its not huge weight or record breaking but its up for me.)
Weight that I usually can do 10 reps, Im now able to do 12 reps.
I feel bigger and fuller everyday.
I more week of dbol left.

It also sounds like you're may want to really try and get your calories up though, especially considering this is your last week on Dbol.

Things will probably slow down a bit once you come off of it, but a lot of that is going to be water coming off anyway.

Ok, More calories, Got it.
Should I increase size of each meal or try to add in another?
I can probably work in another shake but another meal would be difficult especially on work days.

Just get it wherever u can, but you can't beat real food bro!

Beginning of week 5.
Weight was 180 this morning.
I haven't worked out in 2 days busy with work.
Vacation this week so plenty of time to train and eat!
Arms today.

Adding in MC IGF1-LR3 as soon as pins get here.
Plan is PWO to start. 50 ed.
Can't wait to get this running.
I'll start a new thread about my experience with IGF1-LR3.
 
10lbs is great man!
Probably a lot of water retention from the dbol though.
You should expect to lose about half of it when you're finished.
Either way, that's still great progress.
Keep it up!
 
My freind and brother u are kicking ass keep going the way ur going u will break 200 and just keep growing ur pics show devotion blood sweat and tears eat that up and push some more u are all heart brother.
