Triceps are painless and easy just pin the meaty part and grow my brotherI hadn't considered any other muscles, I just thought it was either quads or glutes. I guess it makes sense though, as long as its in the muscle.

Up another 1 1/2 lbs.
Strength is up.
I usually do 4 sets at 4 reps of bench at 255 lbs.
This week i was able to do it for 5 sets at 5 reps. ( I know its not huge weight or record breaking but its up for me.)
Weight that I usually can do 10 reps, Im now able to do 12 reps.
I feel bigger and fuller everyday.
I more week of dbol left.

It also sounds like you're may want to really try and get your calories up though, especially considering this is your last week on Dbol.

Things will probably slow down a bit once you come off of it, but a lot of that is going to be water coming off anyway.
