benched 365 last night...

I just did incline max, well max for me.. I do not go below 5 reps on most any of my lifts as I aa more prone to injury that way. Like sweatmachine said-- shoulders-- my left one is bad, hence me only being able to incline. Regardless I did 265 on the incline barbell press for 7 reps had help on the 8th. My best incline was 285 for 5......... Flat bench...NEVER
