Tupac was born in New York even before he became famous was involved in gang called FOLKS another version of crips. The reason why he is dead is unknown, hell we don't even know if he's dead or alive. Some people say he faked his death to pursue his gang activities.

In rap thats hard to find, cause everyone is trying to be a hard ass and talk about killing, drug selling and bragging about money. Half these guys grew up in the subburbs and are just acting to sell records.

I have to say that BIggie not being on this list is a downright sin. I'd also like to add that for recreating himself and lasting as long as he has LL Cool J has exceeded all of the others by continuing to drop hits and for being more successful than all of them over the course of his ongoing career.
