Ok, so I am used to 5 day workouts usually hitting chest bis tris and legs twice a week with a few day in between and. I spread out my workouts and throughout the week. Now with work and energy I can really only get 3 days in As for days it varies based on my overtime and energy... But Friday & Saturday are a constant (only days off) So, what is the best way to optimize 3 days a week? What kinda workout would be sufficient is it imperative to do 5 days or can three be key? (Am I just being dumb feeling like 3 isnt enough am I an old dog who doesnt realize new tricks?)
