can I ever use steroids again after heart attack?

So a quick story.
I’m 50 years old. Been using steroids for the past 20 years off/on.
Around 1 year ago I was taking out the trash and felt something I never felt before in my chest. My wife called 911 and they came and took me to the hospital. An hour later I was opened up and it took a week of being in bed till I could go home. I had a 90% blockage.
Do you think it would be okay to use steroids? And which ones are more heart safe?
