Do you think this kid is Natural ?

think ive seen this guys videos before. he has some good squat and deadlift videos. like 800lb area. hes pretty small for that level of strength though. bet hes had alot of injuries being that genetically strong
 
I just don't get it tho'. Yea it's kind of impressive the weights he's using but he's got the ABSOLUTE worst form. The guy had only about a 2" ROM on the bench and the body english he had on the curls was crazy.

Not to hijack but I asked this same question over to ProM. Do you guys lift like this? i get a little body movement when I'm on my last reps and just trying to bust it out, but I don't move my whole body around the whole time. And it's making me wonder if I should start b/c I always see these dudes that are huge slinging the weight around like they're doing the hula dance. And it's always preached by these same guys to use STRICT form, you can't move your body around at all. But when u see them it's a whole differnt story. I would never do bench like that, he barely moved it off his chest. And the flyes he may have just been doing presses. IDK maybe I'm wrong, so what's u guys opinion?

You've just gotta find what works for YOU bro.....you go watch a ronnie vid on utube and there's a million guys who want to chastize him on his 'form' but OBVIOUSLY it works for him using heavy weights....i think at sometimes its necessary to use some nice heavy weight and sacrifice form to break thru platueas and really get some nice strength workouts going....it wouldnt hurt to try it out for a bit and see how it workz.....as for tha guys in question.....he's probably bin juicing the last few years....and not 'beginniner 500mg a week cycles either Im thinkin he's been over a gram and added a shit ton of compounds...genetics or not.....
 
i could never lift with ronnies form. my tendons and ligaments just arent strong like his. if my form slips,injuries happen, then im out of the gym entirely.

Well remember Ronnie had an extensive powerlifting background....there are pros who have great form ie Levrone so whatever works for u big dawg stick to it :thumbsup:
 
Natural or not its still pretty impressive.

I'm really not that impressed. He's been using quite a bit of gear and is 100% committed to training I would guess. His form is atrocious and lifting that kind of weight at that age with that form will have him out of the game before 25. I was able to do 365 on the incline for 12 at 22, but then tore my pec. Never been the same.

If he was 350lbs with alot of bodyfat, than I would be more inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, but lean mass like that its probably not possible. I dont know why guys have to lie. I still cant understand that one??

I am with ya on the lying thing, However....at his age I can understand why he would not admit use, I mean his peers are prolly all his age and at that age if the media says steroids kill and are bad news then ofcourse he is going to ly about it, I actualy understand why younger guys would lie about more, their are various reason i can think of why you would lie at that age, i mean its a whole different generation, i think he is what 19 -20 years old?
 
I dont go around telling all my friends im ON some know some have no idea although im sure suspect. Im open with my friends online i just dont want everyone I know to know im on gear is all.
