Yea. Have a coach that does my nutrition and a coachcoach that does my powerlifting prep. Am on relatively bulking calories.
Today is day 6 and noticing about 500g or ~1lb of water retention.. will probably end up needing to water load and deplete to make weight on august 28th.

Im going to share my first experience with Var.

open to feedback and suggestions.
basically I am about to Taper up by T3 again. the stuff I have is 100mcg/30ml and towards end of the week will be starting Var of 10mg (when it arrives).

current stats-
5'1"
161lb - 73kg
LMM- 99lb 43 kgs
fat % 34.5%

have a Powerlifting comp in 4 weeks- hoping to get the newbie gains from Var by then.
looking to add some thickness for figure comp in April next year.
want to lean down as much as possible by December when will be taking 3 weeks off to travel to the states for Christmas. Then come home for a prep that starts new years day.

At about day 10 and weighing in at the heaviest I have ever weighed. This weight is post cheat meal but 77.2kgs or 169lb.
Now needing to cut to make weight in 3 weeks.

Britt, I don't have any experience with t3 (The Dude is my hubby so you see where I'm going with this, lol), but I do have experience with var along with a handful of other goodies. Anyway, if I can help in any way let me know. In the meantime, I look forward to following your log and learning from you as well. Good luck!
 
My lady is a powerlifter also, and she kicks a lot of ass. Shes in my avi. She uses pct-shops var and I swair to god it's taken her to another level. Anyways, I know you have a coach but if you have any questions regarding the var or powerlifting feel free to hit me up.
