I always liked these threads because they give me a good chuckle, so please join in and let the bashing begin!
First, there actually is a guy at our gym who after finishing a workout, gathers up his stuff and walks up to the front desk to chat it up with the ladies who work there. Only problem is he never wears a shirt. One of the girls actually told me he placed her hand on his chest one time. The guy's body isn't bad but he has some work to do to get to the GQ level of life.
Next we've got power guy Sam. Sam thinks he got a great bench and is always lending advise- if you asked for it or not. Yesterday Sam was bragging about get 315 for 3 reps on a flat bench. Once while in a group the subject of Sam came up. Someone asked me what a good bench was anyways. I think a "good" bench is 1 1/2 times bodyweight. Now you guessed it, Sam isn't even benching his own weight.
