How to block out a part on a pic so I can post

I took a pic of my wheels when I got out of the shower, ofcourse my little wee wee is in it. How to I crop that little fucker off? I suck at posting pics

I'd just open the picture in Paint on your computer and draw a black circle over the offending parts and resave it.
