piss poor.

Not sure why, but when I was a kid I responded really well to say 250mgs of sus.

Now, after a 12 year break from gear, I cant get hardley any gains from 500mgs of sus. Im finding that now, Im taking 1g of sus + other stuff.

I think it has a lot to do with age.
I think you are right about the age factor. I've gone as high as 3g a week of test with very little results. It could also be receptor saturation. Once the receptors are taken, it may not matter how much more you take, it just can't be used. Kind of like putting gas in your car, once the tank is full, the rest is just spilling on the ground.
My problem is not that I don't gain weight so much as I see very little in the way of strength increase. Could be cuz I'm approaching the big 5 0 too.

age and your bodies tolerance,I'm the same way.that's why I tell people when they first start to do as little as possible.

Sounds like good advise...Could you elaborate on how much is "little." Lets say a Sust/Deca stack for 10(or 12?) weeks for a skinny 23 year old, usually very sensitive to drugs? My guess would be 300(sus)/200(deca)?

I would start out at between at 250mgs. of test/sust. and 200-400mg's of deca.I was just like you growing up.I had to jump around in the shower to get wet.LOL!Remember any addition to your testosterone level is going to make a difference. So start out with the dosage I suggested and see how that does after a few weeks and go up from there.if it's your first cycle it will make a difference. The main thing is more than the gear is to make sure you are getting plenty of protein and calories. That's what really makes the magic happen. If you don't get enough of each all you are doing is making a pin cushion out of your self.I think it's better to start off that way and see exactly how much you really have to do,it's easier to add more and know for sure.I mean there's not that much of a rush is there.I think it's to late to qualify for Mr. Olympia this year.LMAO!So you might as well take it slow bro!Let me know how it goes and good luck and be safe!Hope this helps!!
