I used Igf-r3 last year for precontest...loved it...BUT...I started my diet by doing Bodyopus..which did not complement the Igf and all the hypo feelings I got 15 minutes after injection. I also did not use clen during this time either. I was only using 40 mcgs per day, injecting after my workout. I lost considerable weight. I was using prop/tren/winnie as AAS. I went from 196 to 186lb in (don't have my log) in just under two weeks...and seemed to "fill" out quite nicely with amazing stirations in my chest and glutes. NO strength gains...do to still using lower carbs and Igf-1, I was extremely tired at times. By the way..I used it at the start of my six weeks out. So I had two weeks left that I went straight Bodyopus/w shitloading the night before. For me...I liked it...but will now probably only use it during PCT or at the end of a bulker. I now have been using P-gh for two months now and LOVE the shit out of it. I plan on using it with IGF-1r3 after this year(s) contest season is over. I have two planned for now so I will be experimenting in May. Good luck and try not to empty your fridge the first time you inject....trust me it can be done....
