I just got back into hittin the weights on a regular basis about 3 weeks ago and ever since I just can't seem to sleep. I feel tired but when I lay down my mind starts racing about everything under the sun except sleep. Anybody else have this problem? i think I read somewhere that this happens during AS use but the only thing I'm " on " is protien shakes and chicken breasts. thanx in advance for your comments.
