Well I went shoulders and did 6 sets of shoulder press last set was 135 12 reps
Hit back shoulder muscle with 35 pound dumbbells 6 sets
And side muscle with 25 pound dumbbells 6 sets of 12-15 reps
And some abs.
 
Arm day
Triceps
Pull downs 6 sets of 90 12 reps
Skulls 5 sets 100-115 12 reps
Overhead cables 6 sets 90-100 12 reps

Biceps
Incline hammers 40 pounder 6 sets of 12
Straight bat 100-115 6 sets of 12
Off the knee for peek 35 pounders 6 sets of 12
And some forearm too
 
Today was trapster day
50-60 pound dumbbells 7 sets of ten with delay at top position
Straight bar 185 6 sets of 10
Close grip Cable raises 125 6 sets of 20

Today was back day.I'm not sure what the exercises were but it was the olypic bar with chains and two hand grip bent forward 6 sets last set 3 45 plates and a 10 10 reps
Seated wide curl grip 4 45 plates 6 sets 12
Lat pull downs 4-45 plates and 2-10 plates 6 sets of 15
And my favorite ones of the day 21 for biceps curl grip 4 sets hammer 21 4 sets and reverse cyrl 21-4 sets ouch on burning.
 
Feeling drained today but still hit shoulders<br />

Back muscle seated leaned with 35 pounders 6-15 reps<br />
Side raises 25 pounders 6-12 reps <br />
And some squats 5 sets of 205 until almost failed and some calf work

Today was arm day doing same routine as last week accept dropped weight because of elbow pain.changing routine next week

Yeah I had some elbo issues today dropped to 85-90 and form was better and pumps were unreal.think I'm gonna go light for another week then go for a heavier routine.I think I was pushingvthem out with shitty form.
 
Well yesterdays was traps killed it soar as hell but this morning I was hanging drywall ceilings so my shoulders are shot<br />
Incline got up to 185 12 reps😕7 sets and flat the same 185 7 sets of 15😬😢and did close grip tri ceps 135 5 sets of 20😴
