Been doing two day and then a rest day, my old bones seem to like that better these day. I don't do well in cold weather and the weather here has been crazy. 60 one day and 30 the next. However, last night I did 20mcg of IGF bilaterally on my biceps and then hit the gym. I did Tri's first and still could feel my bi's getting pumped. By the time I was done with my Tri's my bi's were already pumped to the max. I started doing hammer curls on the rope and by the end of the 1 set, I was on fire. I was doing lighter weight and going for reps of 30. I did 4 sets like this and OMG, my forearms looked like a road map. I did some db curls and went for reps of 10 and got 5 sets in. By this time my tri and bi's were screaming. I am not sure but it felt like my entire arm was contracting from my wrist to my shoulder. I was able to shoot the shit before leaving which was a good thing, as I don't think I would have been able to drive if I hadn't gotten a few minutes to rest. My arms are still pumped today and sore, hell yes they are sore. I have been working all day on the computer and my forearms are hurting.
