So for the 1st week ran @ 20, 10 per side all was good after a week the areas applied to were starting to feel hardened.
Now coming to the end of week 2 which I bumped to 40, 20 per side I alternated body parts arm,lats,arms,chest, ect.... arms are by far harder then Ive seen them in a long time.I have been running it pre work out and havent cut sets short but have noticed a big difference in the pump early in workout and love it.
I think one of the best things is even on a off day if I do yard work or something in the warehouse at work I almost can feel a pump starting and kind of chuckle to myself.
I would say enjoying the ride so far!!!!!!!!
2 quick questions.
1: how long should I wait till I bump to 60 been at 40 for a week?
2: when I apply to left side all is good a little tinge but nothing to speak of, but the right side is always worse not so much that I think to hard about it was just wondering if anyone esle had experienced something like this. Only right side of body and doesnt matter what body part its always like damn, but with in afew moments it gone and seem to be abit pumped already?
I will continue apply in this fashion for afew more weeks then maybe switch main body part.
Any advice or input good or bad is appreciated
