Machine and weights arrived yesterday. I might not be able to get it through the standard sized door into the home gym. So, for now (and I'll playing around at how it's put together. It's in the main bar (double doors).

Here's a before and after set of pics of a buddy who I've known more or less since I came to South Wales. My only input was on posing for a camera. Check out the detail on his side delt! If there's a negative it's a touch of gyno. But overall what a change!

Hell of a workout. Looking good. I read something earlier about a podcast. Where do I find a link or where can I go to listen? Sorry if this has already been put out there, I just have allot of reading to catch up on. Thank you

wgt is per dumbbell, w/up then 12.5kg x 15, 22.5kg x 5, 32.5kg x 15 and 47.5kg x 13

LPD/Chins
1/2 stack x 12, 3/4 stack x 12, bwt+12.5kg x 5 and bwt+20kg (eqv to 165kg/359+lbs) total x 4

Thick Handled Dumbbell
RH only to 78.75kg/176lbs+handle x 1

Stayed long enough to check out another buddy who is competing in a beach body class at the weekend

Another day another pic of a buddy. This is JD who is competing completely drug free in the beach body class. That waist is 26-inches. My thighs are bigger. Input from me is two-fold. During Cov*d he trained in my gym and we also had a BB judge train here (KW) so I'd make sure they hooked up for tips etc. And again I gave a little posing advice. I've had pretty much weekly vids and pics via Insta. The show, today, is NOT tested so he's going all in on conditioning.

Dude is fit. I can definitely respect the work and dedication he has put in. Thanks for sharing. I'm still trying to catch up on podcast, but there are so many. I'll probably just start at the beginning and maybe I'll get caught up one day.
