I am in mid lower 40'sSo I promised photos.
Still haven't made it do last work out of week, my legs. Will get it in today.
My elbows hurting, first right one sore with a little fluid, it subsided. Now left one a little fluid.
I am a mechanic on large equipment, alot of climbing up and down and heavy pushing and pulling on stuff. Arthritis sets in at this time every year...
Still doing 4 workouts a week. Around 45 minutes and HIIT with burst circuit sets, around 3 movement per circuit of 4 sets.
Main exercise has breaks 90 seconds for STREGTH. After that it's combining larger muscles with load switched to smaller then back to larger. Example incline bench then bicep curls then flys... then back at it.
Circuits I do around 3-4 total or until muscles have enough, heart rate high and breathing kept at cardio rate almost whole time...
Most workouts I get up at 4am and do before work at gym on way. After work I am beat, no working out except sex.. lol!!
So photos were just tightened up yesterday morning fasted. Right after hgh and MT2 dose. Have fat to lose especially around waist but it's coming off!!! Light and shadows bad moved around in all three mirrors to get lightening better??
Hope to trim up more! On same stack except I finished DHB (TEST-1-CYP)
and need to stalk a bull at night for more but no time... it gave me some size I would say. Added Tbol taken with Proviron pre-workout.

Wanna add in MC IGF at 60-80mcg split bi-lateral into muscles worked out. Either pre-workout or at pump period of workout half way thru. Then eat after workout..
Diet getting in what I need can do better by cleaning snacks out but after work and sweating all day I crave something sweet!!!

199lbs ATM
Just want lean gains keepable slow steady gains.
Wanna get to 210 and hold that weight at 8% BF. Don't wanna let body fat get above 13% ever. It's lower than it looks in photos.
Gonna get it to 7% for sure before Halloween!!! Won't make the weight of 210 but in next year or 2 I may. I was already around 220 at 7% in past around 14 years ago I guess and again around 7 years ago.
It was a bit too much looked like a Steam Roller or something like a construction tool was a Beast!!
