I had premade a few days worth of food, but it’s super boring, it’s just the same chicken, rice and veggies and the shrimp rice and veggies. To be honest, I think I’ve had enough shrimp for a while, when I use chicken or beef, they tend to keep better if I freeze them. So there’s nothing new. It’s really just a whole bunch of the same. I’ve still got a spare tire on my middle. I’m trying to lose so I have to really balance my calories making sure that I have enough protein for hypertrophy, 200 g a day at least but still trying to stay under 2200 cal a day trying to trick my body into using the extra calories from my spare tire, fat stores. Even when bulking nobody ever gained too much body fat eating chicken, rice and broccoli. Just trying to get the next six weeks putting on some muscle, not gaining any body fat and actually shedding some. It’s funny how when you lose a lot of weight, it seemed easy when you were heavier. Less body fat you have, the more it fights you and the slower it goes. So I don’t wanna sacrifice any size gains, and I don’t wanna be wasting the gear that I’m on by not getting enough calories. I have no idea how competition guys could ever go through a cutting phase, I think I would go absolutely psychotic and just eat a box of donuts.
