My new Inversion Table!

I just got it today and put it together. It is awesome! I've already used it once as did Silk, but I'm going to use it one more time. I also got the trigger point therapy again in my upper back and the nerve blocks in the lower back. Its amazing how stuff that stuff works, but when it wears off its gone immediately! I could barely make it out of bed this morning.
The Table I got is the Teeter EP550. It's pretty awesome. It only holds up to 300lbs though (sorry Presser) and goes to 6'6. I'm thinking I'm going to open up my own rehab center soon!

reading a book now about trigger point therapy - how to treat yourself. Pretty interesting.
Inversion table. Is that the hanging upside down one. I have always wanted one just for
decompressing by back.

Yep it goes a bunch of different angles and also totally upside down.

I had an inversion table and loved it but after using it a lot it started hurting my knees and ankles. I have also tried the inversion boots and they are very good.

Yeah it's a little rough on the ankles. We're using thick socks for the time being.

Yes. I actually put on a couple pairs. Some shoes that come up higher work to. Have you ever tried the traction devices you can get on ebay? It hooks to your waist and upper back and slowly stretches you out. Looks like a piece of junk to me but I wonder if it would work. I am right there with you on back problems. I have broken my back years ago and have a herniated disc that causes all kinds of pain. I just dread surgery. I have not met many people that are glad they did it.

I had one in my gym up north, had to sell everything to move down here :(, can I come over??? :) I loved mine, I would lay in the dark and totally relax on it. My clients loved it too, I didn't really notice it was hard on my ankles. Back surgery is a last resort imo, my mom just had it (had too) it actually went great however about 2 weeks afterwards she developed stress fractures in her tailbone which took 8 weeks to heal and were actually worse on her than the original back surgery. Mind you she is also 65 but still....
