Here is one of my before and after pictures. The before was taken back in may 2016 and the after was February 13. I started to hit the gym in July 2016 so those are my results in 7 months.. starting weight was 435 lbs I'm now 331. Hopefully I'm 220 or less and built by next summer

That's almost unbelievable. Curious if you were into lifting and training at one point in your life and then for one reason or another life took in you a different direction (e.g. marriage, kids, work)? If not, how did you know how to eat and train? Are you using a trainer?

I really hope you stick around because I'd love to see and hear more about your progress.

No one ever belives when I tell them I used to lift when I was 5 to 9 years old. It wasn't a profession but was done almost daily. I was very active as a child playing sports of all kinds.. then came Nintendo and that's when I started to gain weight. I did start to lift on and off when I was 17 years old them stop when I started to work a full time job. Back when I was 28 I did lots of research on how to eat and started to lift again this time with a better diet plan.. I lost over 90 lbs in 3 months but then life sucked again when I got with a chick and took me off my routine.. this time around I have more knowledge on diet and exercise so I'm not losing muscle as I lose weight. I'm actually doing it in phases. This time I did a cut cycle which I lost 86 lbs. Started my bulking cycle and gained 8 lbs but lost fat in the process. I just started my cutting cycle last week of January at 358 lbs and now I'm at 331 which is good amount for 2 weeks almost 3. Bulking and cutting makes losing fat much easier. Fat just comes off when you have a solid foundation of lean muscle

I actually did back when I was 28.. I was in a very low calorie deficit.. between 800 calories to 1200 calories per day.. I was 385 at that time so the weight drop was fast.. this time im keeping my calories up and eating more protein so the weight loss is very slow.. did 76 lbs in 5 months. the rest of the weight was lost with DNP.. first cycle was 19 lbs in 2 weeks and a half.. the cycle im in now I have lost like 15 to 16 in one week but I have added yohimbine and T3 so the fat loss is greater. I added igf-1 lr3 to this cycle and been on it for 2 days. lets see if that amplifies the fat loss

here are 2 pics of me at the gym. getting that pump

The last 2 pics it was on my bulking cycle. I'm down 41 lbs since then and my arms are just as big. Lost only 1 inch but could be the dnp

Even though I think I'm going slow I'm happy with results. There are a few people who have been going to the gym as long as I have or even more and they look the same. No weight loss at all, they see me and complement me of how I look. I don't want to be a dick and tell them it's their diet that is not giving them the results they want. 90% of your weight loss is from your diet. 10% is what you do. Dont care how much you kill yourself in the gym if your diet is shit you will not see results. I could have done better but taking it slow so I won't get tired. So far it's the he longest I been going to the gym. 8 months straight. Back then I would do 3 months on 9 off.

Your preaching to the choir...........pleople ask me all the time about my workouts and I always take them to diet. I think back when I was a teenager it was more 60-70% diet and 30-40% workouts...............in my 30's it change to 80/20...............now I am like you 90/10.............most people don't get it because they don't want to get it.

Why do you think that the diet industry is a multi billion dollar business? People are ignorant or choose to be ignorant..........they have the internet at thier finger tips, but they would rather complain about why they 'can't' then learn about how they 'can'!!

Awesome job man! But it looks like you need to go shopping to get smaller clothes! That's a VERY good thing!! Keep it up!
