I am currently finishing a cycle of Test Cyp and Primo. I want to stay on the Cyp at low dosage.. I want to be as hard and lean as possible. MY diet is clean and in check and I really leaned up well with 500mg Cyp/wk 400mg PRimo/wk but I am ready to move on.. :) I want some help on my times and dosages... My stats are 6'0 230lbs 30 y.o.

I have a good supply of Test Cyp , I have 30 ml of Parabolan80mg, 80 ml of Win

Now, is it best to stay low at 500mg/wk on the Test or lower to 250mg? I want to be lean but keep some good muscle. As far as Parabolon.. eod? of every third day..? I know with Tren Ace its ed to eod..and Parabolon is very similiar.. Anyway, I know many of the guys here love the test/tren/Win.. so curious on you guiys suggestions..

So your wanted a precontest type of cycle ???

With your weight and from what I know ???

I would say 500-750mg Test Cyp per week (or make it simple and do 3 x week) (yes 750mg per week) (M-W-F) I woundnt worry about bloat,as I assume your on low carb diet ? As long as your eating clean foods, you will be fine...Test doesnt bloat you, junk foods do...
Par (76mg each vial?) EOD (or make it simple and do 3 x week) (M-W-F)
Winny V (50mg vials?) EOD (again make it simple 3 x week) (MON-WEN-FRI)

also A-dex at .5 or 1mg 3x week

You might want to think about a ECA stack or Clen to lean you up as well..both of these products will help in the leaning out process...Alternate between the two or just do the ECA stack for awhile then cycle on to the Clen toward the end...

thats what I would do, or something very simular to it...Test might be a tad higher in phases, but really for precontest that is the best and most affordable way to go about it...

Started Cycle

I have my gear in... I have:

40ML - QV Test Cyp 250mg
30ML - BD Tren Depot 100mg
120ML - Denkall Stanazolic 50mg

Alot of people recommend 50-100mg's of win per day.. But you think will suffice just as well Mon - Wed- Fri .. 250mg of test, 100mg of Tren, 50mg of Win? I did this Monday and will tom.. just want to double check and get the BEST benefits from my cycle. I also am doing T3/Clen as well thru out cycle. Diet is clean and cardio 3 times per week.

Also for pct I have Nolv and Clomid...

Do not have Adex.. you think with t3/Clen mixed in my cycle I need that as well? On my off times of T3 after ramping down I will run an ECA stack and my Clen 2 weeks on 2 off.. Anyway.,, Tell me what you guys think!

IF you just got off a cycle you should really consider going completly off for a while. What your going to end up doing is complely shutting down your system if you stay on.

If you know this and plan on doing it anyway, i suggest just maintaining with 250mgs of test per week. This will clear out your receptors, vs staying on everything.
 
yeah I go 12 weeks on 12 weeks off, do IGF/clomid/creatine PCT
that way my rec. are clean for the next time around

also, run ECA stack 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off- then switch off to clen 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off and repeat
 
Thanks Norm and Dorian.. and Genk as well! Norm so your saying if going to run this cycle for 8 weeks.. which was my plans.. bec I didnt want to run Tren any longer than that.. you would run 250mg test per week?.. with the Tren and Win? jus to maintain with that level of test? Is it suitable for my Tren mg's to be higher than my test.. I know i will still be getting some test and maintaining that way. Thanks for input.
