Sorry to hear this, hope it makes a turn in your favor asap!!
What I found over the years always works for me, is when I am in a slump, I travel to another gym at a busy time of night, say a Monday at 5pm. I make sure I don't know anyone there (so no one talks to me) and I just get in there and enjoy the motivation of others, seems to always do the trick for me!!
I don't take time off after competition either, I have some of my best workouts the days immediately following
