Silks flab to fab program DNP, MC IGF, and Ligandrol

So I'm sure Th Dude has filled you guys in on our obstacles over the last few years. I finally got my foot surgery done about 7 weeks ago. So I went to the gym for the first time about 5 weeks ago. I started DNP at 200mg a day for 21 days. It will take a few days to lose the water and in the meantime my muscles will be filling up from the LGD and IGF. I stopped the DNP Saturday. I'm very happy with the changes. It's difficult to tell whats water and what's the muscles filling up, but I lost about 8lbs of solid fat. I'm not quite back into my cute booty shorts, but soon. I'm getting some pics together, but I'm not posting them until I look better so right now I'm doing 50mg of Deca, 30mcg of IGF, and 7mg of Ligandrol. I was a lot stronger today and I felt really good. From my prior experience with DNP it takes about 1 week to drop all the water once I'm done with the LGD I'm doing some Anavar. I'm not super good at this so feel free to ask me anything especially the girls! I'm doing ECA twice a day also.

She looks really good. She wasn't cool with me taking pics of her butt (that shows how unhappy she was) but the difference now is tremendous. Hopefully I can snap a couple pics today. It wI'll be fun to log how quick her progress is. Today is day 5 on LGD and IGF.

Thanks everyone! I not quite ready for pics yet, but soon *sigh (lol) Like The Dude said, today is day 5 and I feel so strong it's crazy! I'd say I started feeling the effects from the combo on day 3 which was an unexpected, but very welcomed surprise. I gotta say, for anyone new to LGD you gotta be careful to not get too carried away with the weight. I noticed it was very easy for me to push heavy weight and risk injury if not careful. Since I've been away from the gym for so long, though my muscles were ready to go, my body wasn't quite up to speed, lol... So far I'm very pleased. No negative side effects noticed which is a plus since we women are so limited when it comes to "supplements" :) Again, feel free to to ask me anything, I'm an open book!

Presser just says what everyone else is thinking, lol.

Her diet was cleaned up a bit, but not crazy strict. Carbs were kept low with a good amount of fibrous vegetables. She didn't do more than maybe 30g of carbs at a time or she would get uncomfortably hot. The goal was to still be able to get into the gym 4 days a week and cardio 4 days a week. That is VERY difficult on DNP. Back in the gym tomorrow and I'm expecting some big strength gains. She is getting strong very quickly. I'm holdding her back on the weights to prevent injury. We're on vacation next weekend so maybe Silk will be in the right state of mind for some "progress pics" :)

Do you think that staying under 30g of carbs is the best means or just better due to the 'comfort' level of not heating up as much?

I am super curious about DNP usage, how long does it take to get all the water out after stopping DNP?

Different people can do more or less, but you really want to keep carbs in check. You radiate heat from your core and it really makes you feel terrible. You have to watch what you do while taking it. Silk had 3 large fans pointed at her at work and 2 while she slept.
I think guys our size could probably do 100g of carbs per meal. It takes abut a week to lose all the water, but most is gone by day 3 or 4 after cessation

Did you have her carb deplete 3 days prior to the dnp?

Her diet is relatively clean and lower carb. It's my pizza, sushi, and cookies that are responsible for the less than perfect aspects of her diet. While on DNP we just don't do those things. We also only do 250mg of crystal DNP. We never go higher. While that limits the results to more reasonable levels it is also much safer. Alot of the 1lb per day claims you read are people that work up to 750mg per day. DNP is one of those things where the effects are DOUBLED everytime you double the dose. Both good and bad. We stick with a very low dose and we experience good results with a margin of safety.

Big thanks to The Dude for keeping up with my thread. We're severely short staffed at work so I've been putting in a ton of extra hours... on the midnight shift too *yawwnnn* Thank God I'm on vacation now! Though life has been crazy hectic this past week+ I'm happy to say I still made it to the gym and for the most part, I've kept my diet in check... Minus a little (fresh baked!) cookie incident : ) again, also thanks to The Dude, lol! Now that I have some free time, I'm going to up my cardio some. Since getting the ok from my Dr., I didn't want to push it and possibly aggravate my foot so I've only been doing 30 min. of cardio 3X's a week. I definitely saw results (fat loss) from the DNP, but obviously it can only do so much and I still have a ways to go. I'm being realistic with my goals, I've been out of the gym lifestyle for about a year and a half so it's going to take time to get back to were I was. With that being said, I'm happy with how far I've come. Though I'm not quite comfortable wearing my old gym clothes, I am noticing positive changes. I still feel big (for lack of a better word), but I'm starting to see more defined muscle (YAY!!). Now that my foot is g2g, I'm going to take advantage of this rare free time I have : )

Also, thanks for the support guys! There's a lot of pressure on women to look "perfect" which is a very hard standard to live up to. Though I'm usually pretty secure, I still get down on myself at times...I'm human. I gotta say, the support, the well wishes and the interest really makes this a comfortable place to be honest with my imperfection. I hope if there are any women out there reading this, they will see that this male dominant forum isn't as intimidating as it may appear : ) Clearly there's a lot of joking, but we can all use a good laugh right?! AND hopefully this is coming out as a compliment to you guys on MC and too cheesy, lol!

I think between The Dude and I, we covered all the questions. If we missed something just ask again. And keep the questions coming!

And Presser, you know our agreement, I pm you all the naked pics so The Dude doesn't find out!
