And Presser, you know our agreement, I pm you all the naked pics so The Dude doesn't find out!
Silk You left your MuscleChemistry Panties at the office, found them between the couch cushions lmao
LOL, and for the record, she still looks finer than frogs hair!
Are you serious Presser?!? I thought you said you wanted to use them as the prize for the next Member of the Month?! Well, can you send them back to me along with all the others please?
LOL Presser! You got me there. Hilarious! Boy oh boy, did I miss your awful perverted jokes
It's not for everyone. I would never recommend it to anyone, a friend or stranger. Yes, I do realize how very stupid that sounds considering I just got off a 21 day run. I'll try to explain... while on DNP, you feel HOT(!), tired and lazy. However, there is a point where it gets easier... less miserable is the best way to put it I guess. Anyway, I think for some (I'm talking about the less informed, quick fix group out there), they confuse this "easier period" as "it must not working so I gotta up the dose". NO! Not true. IMO this mindset is where it really gets dangerous (**I KNOW ANY AMOUNT OF DNP IS DANGEROUS NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE SO NO NEED FOR LECTURES PLEASE **). People should be scared of it. Like I said, I would never suggest this to anyone. I'd hate for something to happen because they didn't use caution, didn't listen to their bodies and ignored any signs of problems, all just to lose a few lbs. I can only control my actions. I was always paying attention to my body and if at any time during my run, if I felt something wasn't right, I know I have the self control to stop. I'm scared of DNP and I respect it. I can't guarantee that with anyone else and I'm not going to carry that kind of guilt around.I am equally interested in, and scared of DNP.
You freak! You probably have all of them steeping in a tub full of hot water, while you prepare for a bath. I can see it now, all the lights are off and the tub is surrounded by lit candles. Then there's Presser, knees practically up to his chest, soaking in his tiny bathtub. HA!Sorry but I'm not returning them to you until there's no more croch odor to sniff on:arcade::arcade:
So a quick update... I'm still happy with the results I'm getting from the LGD so we might bump it up a bit (YAY!) No real change in my weight, but I continue to see my body change shape which I'm thrilled to see. I'm weight training 3X's a week followed by 30 min. of cardio and on the other 4 days I do 20 min. of cardio. I don't want to push it with my foot so that's why only 20 min, but eventually I'll be upping the time.
