made an order 2 months ago and still haven’t Received shit. First pack was supposedly lost in the mail so then they reshipped it for me and now this one is still not to me yet. This is getting stupid. I was supposed to start this cycle a month ago and now its all delayed and I have a vacation coming up
no clue if there are any reps on here or what the deal is. Spent the past 5 hours trying to find someone and anyone to help me but nobody is helping
I guess they have no customer service

Our policies are clearly stated on our site.
If you don't receive package in 60 days, we reship or refund, no questions asked.
And we did that indeed, right?
Once we reship, a new shipping time starts, unfortunately.

Steroidify has been in business since 2008 and in 17 years in business, never let anyone down.

Don't really understand the 5 hour comment. Our customer service dept replies to every ticket in 24h max and I don't have a message from you on my inbox.

When you started this thread it was middle of the night where I live.

As per your writing, there's absolutely nothing wrong with your order. First one didn't arrive (which happens) and we reshipped. Yes, this causes delays, but it's the nature of the business and you should know it.

I can search for more info if you send order # to me privately, but the info I can gather will come from customer service and you already open a ticket.

Please do not worry. No one has ever lost a dime with Steroidify. You won't be first.
