Test e & LGD

It's been a very long day fellas, but nobody wants to hear bitching. Had a little drama at work, but that just fueled my workout!

Hit some chest, calves & abs. Stuck with 4 sets of 3 exercises, with a drop set at the end of each one. I liked this better than when I did super sets on chest. Plus, wasn't near as much shoulder issues with this routine. 20-8 rep range too & I liked that better, as opposed to shooting low for 3-4 reps for strength. Fantastic pump
 
Been a bit of a crazy day today. Busy as shit at work, but went by fast. Got a great workout too & hit arms again. Really trying to blast them. They need it!

As far as an update on how I feel... energy is still great when needed, even though I am a bit more lazy when not staying busy becuase of the igf. Workouts are as good as they have been in recent weeks, but pumps are lasting longer. Sleep is better, for the most part. Everything else is looking good & no complaints of any kind.

Will start pct in a couple weeks & will probably stop igf-1 lr3 shortly afterwards. Really liking the test & igf combination.
 
Well it sounds like it was a solid run brutha!

For just doing a lower dose of test & kickstarting with lgd, I am pleased. Strength is still slightly going up & I can probably still reap some benefits for the next couple weeks.

Will start pct on Saturday of next week. I might take a week off the gym in about a month, but I will be hitting it real hard for the next few weeks! Planning on posting a couple more pics in the next week or two.
 
At the end of week 11. Still having great workouts & though I haven't checked my weight in a few days, I would say I am still around 231-232lbs. As I had said before, I increased my reps & was finally able to quit focusing on going heavy. Wish I would have done that from the start of the cycle, but oh well. I will next time. Still seem to be progressing gradually & this is exactly what I wanted. Slow & steady.

Won't be making it to the gym today & didn't yesterday, but still got in some cardio by swimming. I look like a lobster today because we were outside, but it was a blast!
I will have some additional time off work this coming week & intend on doing some exercising at home or outside. Today will be my push-up routine & will be throwing in some abs. Imo, push-ups & all the variations of them are the best exercise for chest, front shoulders & tri's. I can always throw in some one arm, if I want more of a challenge.

Btw, I intend on getting one last pic up this next week. It will make sure it is a pumped pic this time.

U had GOOD RUN! U did great, u let the Gear work and and Sarm work!

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!
U listened to guys with experience and u sought out the right people for advice.
U didn't read all kinds of stuff and say u gonna use this for this that for that and act like u had it all figured out, u didn't do any of that!!!
U kept things simple and u did what is suggested and u stuck to the plan!
Doing things like u did and taking your time will give u the most out of gear and your body with receptor sensitivity!!!

If ever u got a question I am around bro!!!

This next year lower your bf% slowly hit a lean bulk in early winter and then a cut by next summer! If u keep it up don't stop no matter what u will look like a ripped beast at around 10%!
U know a guy who looked just like u and he won our state mr.... several years ago.
U are a beast!!! Great job and I want no part of u coming after me!
Looking great!!! But as a bodybuilder u got a frame that I would love to see on that cut!!!

Thanks bro & that sounds like a good plan. I hope I can get it there by next summer. I will milk all I can out of the next week or so with igf & test that's left in my system.

I will definitely try to keep it as lean as possible, until my next cycle. Still deciding what I will run next, but I know I am already thinking about it!
 
& since I have some time off this week, I will probably have my gf snap some pump pics of me without that crap, split mirror in the way. I'll try & get a shot of it all

U look swole brother. Alot of muscle on u, u are very thick.
It's the way u carry your weight and you are body type that gets has alot of muscle.
Lee priest type of build the way u carry your self!
Just keep pushing hold that muscle by the summer of next u will look like a
"BIG BEAST" may have to edit your user name lol!

Been two weeks since the stop of the test e. Still continuing with igf-1 lr3 & started pct a couple days ago. Weight is still the same & strength during workouts has been awesome.

Counting on improved workouts & strength gains to help continue progress while off cycle. Main focus will be getting more lean & than hit a bulk in 3 months or so. Should have final pics in a day or two.

Thanks bro. I am focusing more on the pump & building lean muscle, than stregth. I like the way I feel & it's not so much pressure on those previous injuries. Thanks buddy for being one of the few that gave feedback & thanks for the advice!

Strength will remain as long as u stimulate it on just a few heavy sets.
Right now my strength is high and went up or at my threshold.
Where i get in trouble is not backing off.
The muscle memory and fiber amount will have that memory and capability each time then some from more stimulation.
But back off, the next time it will come back then some.
I have found the best way is when I start the right gear blast. But when I cycle off if I continue that rate I will be in trouble.
U got the picture, enough but not top much listen to body, we all stubborn at times.
