Test e & LGD

I was extra at work so I got to leave. That is a hell of a good feeling! Lol I'm sure my bank account won't like it much..

Anyway, trying to decide if I should do a seond workout & do shoulders & traps. Haven't done 2 a day in a lonnnngg time!

Also, pretty sure I've made my mind up to do the igf 1-lr3 towards the end of this run. Thought about starting at 7 & 1/2 weeks & running for 30 days. It would be at 11 & 1/2 weeks & than I would start pct. 4 weeks lgd, 4 weeks igf lr3 & 10 weeks test e... wish I would have put that in the title
 
Did chest & tri's today, but had to hurry because I had crap I had to do. Ended up working out great though. Since I am only doing barbell bench every other week, I usually go heavy. Decided to focus more on pump & squeeze today & it felt awesome! Shorten rests breaks as well, did super sets & did pause reps on last 3 sets...

225 × 15 for 2 sets, 275 × 6 for 3 sets
Probably could have done sets of 8 on 275, but didn't have a spot & I wanted to change it up, so I slowed my movement down a lot. I was doing 5 or 6 reps before at normal speed for 1 or 2 sets, so I could tell I was handling the weight much better already. Max has probably went up, but I'm not going to try for it for a couple weeks. Did 3 sets of elevated push-ups to end my chest routine & completely fatigue myself

Also, did squats yesterday & hit 315 × 10 for a couple sets. 2 rep increase since week 2 for additional set as well. Very pumped about that! Almost at the end of week 4 will update weight Monday
 
Weighed in at 230 lbs today. Tomorrow will be start of week 5. 10 lb gain in first month. This would be the lgd I'd say because most have said gains will come in weeks 5 or 6 from test e

Did back & bi's today. Was a great workout & had crazy pumps! Was pretty happy with myself from starting my back routine with a warm-up set of 21 pull-ups. A couple more than I was doing in high school & am weighing far more than I was than. Getting ready to type out final review of lgd..
 
Lgd final review: I try to do things with a more cautious approach & on that note, this was all done as RESEARCH! Anyway, it was a 4 week run of the mc lgd at 10 mg ed. Put on a solid 10 lbs & pretty much all lifts have went up. Big lifts like squat & dumbbell bench press went up considerably! I have already reviewed in this thread the results, so this will be more for those not wanting to read the entire thread. I will break down each week..

Weeks 1 & 2- not much to tell in first week & although I got sick towards the end of week 1, I recovered towards the end of week 2 & started to see the beginning of strength gains on several lifts. I surprisingly put on a few pounds, but was mostly water weight I think & fluctuated until week 3.

Week 3- weighed in at 228 lbs, which was an 8 lb gain from my starting weight of 220 lbs. It appeared to be a very lean weight, which makes me think I shedded some fat along with some water weight, although I did not get bf% taken. The strength gains is what really shined for me in week 3! Squat went from 315 × 5 at the start of week 1 to 315 × 10 & dumbbell bench press went from 120's × 6 to 120' × 12!

Week 4- was feeling really horny this week & was hard to even stay focused at the gym. Just feeling great over all. Now, some of that mental affect could be from the test kicking in, but the results in the gym are definitely from lgd. Pumps were fantastic this week! Raised the amount of reps I was doing to shoot for more of pump & it worked great. Did not max, but lifts I was doing for 6 to 8 were all up to 10 or more reps & my final weight was at 230, which left me with a 10 lb gain.

Final thought- lgd is great for increasing strength gains & putting on lean, quality muscle. For those out there still purchasing what pro-hormones you can still find, I would definitely get this instead! No sides, while still getting the gains. If I did it again, I would probably run it longer with test, igf-1 or other sarms. Just hitting week 5 with test e, so it will be interesting to see what I gain on top of the lgd gains!

Won't be going to the gym today, but I'll still be working out. Hunting mushrooms. For those who haven't done it, it is a killer leg & cardio workout, epsecially on hilly ground! You get to walk through all kinds of thorns too, but it's well worth it. Been a very crappy last couple years, so I hope I find something
 
Went to the gym to do chest/tri's & just decided to wing it. I think I will do that from now on because it went so well. Did a couple super sets & even threw in some curls before doing barbell bench. My shoulder didn't feel so swell afterwards, but I was to stoked after my lifts to even care lol.

Did 315 × 5 which is a 2 rep increase from a few weeks ago! Very happy with that, especially after doing all those sets before I even attempted it. Didn't plan on going over 300 on bench, but oh well
 
Start of week 6- Had a great hamstrings & calves workout yesterday. Did 315 × 10 for 2 sets on deadlift yesterday. Steady increase from when I started working them out a few months & strength is really coming on! Did a home shoulder routine Sunday & chest/tri's today. Focused on 21-8 rep range on both days & the pump was crazy. Very nice strength gains to this point

I haven't been on top of my diet like I should, but will be putting extra effort in from now on starting today. Going to increase protein intake quite a bit. Definitely liking that I am getting leaner. Gained a couple lbs this last week & am probably about 232 at the moment, while still appearing slightly leaner. Heard best gains are from weeks 6 on with test e, so I will be putting in extra effort to get as much out of it as I can

Since the stop of lgd, my strength has continued to go up & so has aggression. I notice it at the gym, but especially at work! Not a big people person as it is, so I want to tell my co workers to fu#% off when I am trying to get stuff done & they are talking my ear off. Pumps are fantastic & are more noticeable throughout most of the day. As far as women, I have always been a flirt, but now... I want to skip the small talk & get straight to it!

I can see your ab cage.
Unlike me my abs never made that bowl or cage!
U prolly got big abs.

U will keep burning fat too.
If u stay anabolic for long enough it does alot for fat lose plus your training

I partied in 20's too much! Lol
At 29 I was out of shape and bad, hadn't lifted in a couple years and was about 236 with no ability to do much. Lol

I got off the pills dr had me on from car wreck and my intention was to start working out and lose weight.
I was experienced lifter and roid user I just had let it all go from accident then pain pills crap.(devil)

I got some sust 350 and eq 300
I went on a good diet high protein keto mostly.
In 110 days I was 195 and had plenty of muscle. Lol!
Since then I prolly have stay with it a little too much. My body and joints can use time off to heal.
But I had to fill that void from those dam pills!!!
Anytime I ever wanted to lose weight I do a keto diet strict and get on gear. It works everytime for me!!!

Lol it's easy to let go. I did a lot of partying too. I would get a little ignorant sometimes though, so I quit going out. Need to quit drinking all together, but letting go of old habits is extremely hard to do!

I only drink 1-2 beers at restaurant eating out and 3-4 at most on get togethers. I gave all of it up 11 years ago!
