Test e & LGD

Keep an eye on your hairline. I was doing LGD and S4 and one of those really hit the front of my hair hard. But with about 4 months of minox and HGH everything is back to normal. Just be careful some of these things say they don't hit your hairline but you might react to it differently. They aren't called selective ANDROGEN receptor modulators for nothing

I actually had wondered about this, but didn't see many reviews of people dealing with it. It is definitely something to keep my eye on! I guess things like that just come with the territory
 
Went & got put on some antibiotics. Been a bad year for sickness & a LOT of people around here are coming down with it!

Took a rest day yesterday & even if I shouldn't have, I still went to the gym today. Had to down a boat load of caffeine to get the energy, but I still made it! Was a great workout! Hopefully I get more of an appetite when this medicine kicks in. Definitely not letting a cold stop my gains!
 
Finally getting over this sickness.. I think. Either way, I'm quickly getting my appetite back. Have ate 4 large meals today & will surely have another before the end of the night. Much better than it was! Will be taking vitamin c on a daily basis from now on. Will probably do cardio routine once or twice a week from here on out as well, instead of 4 or 5 times. Will focus more on that later. Will check my weight & update any progress at the gym come Monday

I hear ya! In the same boat! Pisses me off more than anything it happened at the beginning of the cycle! I don't like sounding bitchy, so I'm gonna shut up now lol. I know I'm going to hit the weights like a damn mad man tomorrow though!!!

Did a pull-up routine this evening at home. Repped out 2 sets of 15 before moving on with a golds gym 20 lb weighted vest I have had for several years. Did multiple sets getting 8 reps on each one. I usually get 6 or 7 on 2 sets, so I was pretty happy about the one rep increase on each set already!

Wanted to add that this is slow CONTROLLED form! If I went fast & jerky like most guys at the gym, I would probably get10-12 with the vest on at least. I never sacrafice form or range of motion to get an extra rep!

I do them every weak first exercise of back 4 sets.
When I am feeling good I hold 14 lbs medicine weighted ball between ankles and jump grabbing bar and do then like that.
Sometimes I grab the strap on belt with the chain to hang weights and go as heavy as body weight and a plate or two. Lol
Not right now though!

How am I feeling? I woke up hot & tired, but was a much better feeling than it's been the last few days. I felt very aggressive at the gym today! Everything was pissing me off & when I broke a sweat.. it never stopped! Was completely soaked when I got done with my workout. I was a little frustrated to see I had dropped 2 pounds, but expected this from the sickness I had. Today was quads & calves & squats they felt great! Got 315 × 8 reps & since I was doing only 5 reps with it two weeks ago, I was REAL happy to see it jump up like that! Was not nearly as fatigued between sets either. Felt like I needed half as much of a rest between sets. I just started working legs out again not that long ago, so they are probably going to get jacked if they are progressing this fast already

What is the lgd doing? I would say it is working well. Problem with taking two bad ass ingredients like test e & lgd, is I can't pin point which one is doing what! I would say the lgd is kicking ass at the moment, since it would be the faster acting of the two. Either way... I'm feeling it for sure, especially at the gym!

Most of what u feeling is from lgd brother especially in way of body changes.
The test u are taking will give u sex drive maybe this early and some aggression u prolly won't get gains from it till around week 3-4.
Don't worry if u lose weight on scale. That would only matter if u were totally lean and trying to gain.
Gaining muscle can also mean losing alot of fat. Your body will adjust to be its most efficient!!!

Sounds good. Definitely wouldn't hurt my feelings to burn some fat. Was most obvious at the gym for sure! Throwing in some barbell bench tomorrow, so I will see where I am at with it & update than
 
Did deadlift & bench today. Slight increase on strength, body weight about the same. Will update at the end of week 3
 
End of week 3 almost here. Feeling like a beast in the gym last couple days! Noticing changes outside the gym as well. Usually pretty horny guy, but definitely worse than usual lately lol. Scale read 228 lbs today, so that is an increase of 8 lbs in first 3 weeks. The way I have felt lately & based on the timing, I'd say the test e is starting to kick in pretty good. Very good feeling!

Strength increases in the last couple workouts have been noticeble to say the least. For example, did chest & tri's today: push-ups, dumbell flat bench, skull-crushers & single arm cable extensions. Dumbbell flat bench has went up considerably already

Dumbbell flat bench: before 120 × 6, about 2 weeks 120 × 8 & today I did 2 sets of 120. 120 × 12 & 120 × 9, did super set on second set of 120 to really push it. Great pumps!

Did plate loaded leg presses in place of squat yesterday to change it up. Got back pumps really bad! Still feeling it today, but started taking taurine, so that should take care of it. Everything else is looking & feeling great

Ahhh hate that painful back bullshit, was it from the pump or more like that back pain from dianabol where your back is the first to pump too quickly and hurts to do anything at all.
 
I haven't got to try dbol yet, but it is exactly that. Super pumped all the time & annoying. Feels like I need to stretch it out all the time. I think the taurine is helping because I worked back today & it is not bothering me near as bad. I'll work through it regardless. Minor issue & the results I'm starting to see make it well worth it!

Taurine will only help at around 2500 mg at a time.
Take baby asprin and drink lots of water.
The infamous back pumps are normally caused by fast acting orals that begin growth and pumping blood with nitrogen, glycogen, and increased cell volume of blood and red blood cells stimulation. It's best explanation is pressure on arteries or vessels one or other from kidneys from erythropoiesis
And spleen refiltering old red blood in a hurry to recycle for the demand needed by this anabolic affect. Muscle needs oxygen more blood more nutrients so get it now!!!
I only have gotten in on dbol or superdrol though!!!

Sounds like your cycle is going great. way to push it bro. I was reading in your 1st post you said you were going to do test e 5oo a week for 10 weeks is this still the plan?

Lgd isn't supposed to cause red blood cells stimulation or production.
The back pumps has me thrown off.
If I were u I would try to donate blood. U won't be able to tell them anything about what u doing. I would go and let them pick u in finger and get hemoglobin #.
It would be good to confirm where u at anyway and confirm same at end to know how much u are affected by what u doing with red blood cells stimulation.

But most guys don't get back pumps from testosterone and definitely not lgd!!!

Be careful u may have strained something are as I said u may have actually had low red blood cells and the response for demand made alot of erythropoiesis. Testosterone lower hepicidin in liver and red blood cells stimulation begins.
I get alot of cell stimulation from testosterone I am stuck doing phlebotomy's at least once per month at blood bank but I only have had this the pumps from prop tren a combo, or the fast acting orals the strong ones. Eq causes it but at a slow but steady rate so back pumps are not caused.

Get dried apricots eat around 12-16 a day
Drink coconut water the pure one drink at least one every day
Eat sweet potatoes
Eat a couple bananas
What I put above will give u close to the 4400 mg potassium daily requirements.
Potassium helps with water retention and keeps u hydrated!
If u not taking a sports
multi vitamin get one and start.
Take 400 mg of magnesium every night for now to help with cramps or pumps take 1-2 baby asprin in morning and at night
Take vitamin b6 at 50 mg every night.
I would also take co-q10 @ 50 mg
Vitamin c at 1000 mg
NAC only at 600mg for this run
Milk thistle is doesn't hurt 200-400 mg at night
I get all of these from Wal-Mart they cheap.
U may me having muscle tension affecting trigger points like lower back and it may go into neck and shoulder blades next as u compensate because of lower back.

Whether the taurine helped or not, it is better than it was. I just mentioned it to be detailed & honest with my log. Not stopping me from working out & that's what really matters

But people have speculated where or what causes the pumps. That was reasoning for my post. To all figured it out!
