Got done with my check-ins with my coach and starting tonight when I wake up we’ll be in our growth phase. Changes aren’t anything crazy, slowly bringing food up starting with 50g sourdough with breakfast and 50g jasmine rice with one of my normally carb-less meals. PED wise we’re dropping the clen keeping test and primo both at 700mg and mast still at 210mg for 4 weeks while we push food and upped gh to 8iu’s. We’re lowering daily steps to 10k a day and cardio from 5x30 minutes on stair stepper to 2x20 minutes on stairstepper. Hoping to maintain tightness and just add fullness over these next 4 weeks.

Woke up and ate my first meal with sourdough bread and the sourdough bread I ate may have been slightly old. Stomach was in shambles all night and didn’t even go to work. Went back to bed around 10:00pm
