I came across this post on another forum I could not resist cutting and pasting it here. Original post is at steroidology.com. I assume your reactions are going to be quite similar to the ones I read over there. This should be called like "What not to do on a D-bol/test steroid cycle" Enjoy!
age 45
height 6ft 1in
weight 14st 4lbs
BF 13%

21 months ago i was classed obese at 23stone.
but... i have lost the weight.
ex-steel fixer. bloodtests done.
doc is amazed at my weight loss and gains in muscle. diet is bang on.
been taking CEE (@6g ED) for over a year, plus other supps.
the gear:
weeks 1-4: british dragon dbol ... 60mg ED (split 2 x 3tabs @10mg)
weeks 3-14: pro-chem tri-test 400 ... pinning 1/2ml (200mg) Monday AM and 1/2ml Thursday PM (3.5 days apart), using blues in glutes.
weeks 15-16: HCG VITAGON 1500 ... 500iu ED
week 17-21: Nolva 40/40/20/20
week 17-21: Clomid 50/50/50/50
REPEAT
i am 2wks into the dbol, no sides. felt it kick in on the 2nd day. WGBP has gone from 140kg to 170kg already, and today i did 185 for 1.
i am rock solid, no water, no 'anything'.
put on 7lbs and BF hasnt changed.
i am semi-retired and train 6hrs/day. no rest days. each set til failure.
i will be pinning TT400 this week, so the dbol and test will overlap for 2 weeks.
taking liv52 and milk thistle along with my supps.
would you change anything?
My routine...
first i just bought the dbol.
then i thought "in for a penny. in for a pound", and ordered the juice.
i train 60mins fasted cardio.
then weigh, take my BF/BMI, and then use the bathroom.
then i eat my first of 6 "meals". i eat every 2 hours. (3 meals are 3scoop shakes).
at around 10am (1hr after my 1st dose of dbol) i weight-train for 90mins, followed by another 40mins of cardio (usually the turbo trainer).
at around 3pm (1 hr after my 2nd dose of dbol) i do the same.
at about 7pm, i train core 'physically' for 60mins and then put on the slendertone for another 90mins on MAX.
every 3 days i weight-train with only half the weight of my max.
i let my body dictate my training sessions.... if i doesn't ache - it gets trained til it does.
i was a steel fixer for 20 years.
lifting was my job.
i am doing less lifting now than i was then. lol
What do you think? What would you change.
