I came across this post on another forum I could not resist cutting and pasting it here. Original post is at steroidology.com. I assume your reactions are going to be quite similar to the ones I read over there. This should be called like "What not to do on a D-bol/test steroid cycle" Enjoy!

i am 2wks into the dbol, no sides. felt it kick in on the 2nd day. WGBP has gone from 140kg to 170kg already, and today i did 185 for 1.
i am rock solid, no water, no 'anything'.

put on 7lbs and BF hasnt changed.
i am semi-retired and train 6hrs/day. no rest days. each set til failure.

i will be pinning TT400 this week, so the dbol and test will overlap for 2 weeks.

taking liv52 and milk thistle along with my supps.

would you change anything?

My routine...

first i just bought the dbol.
then i thought "in for a penny. in for a pound", and ordered the juice.

i train 60mins fasted cardio.
then weigh, take my BF/BMI, and then use the bathroom.
then i eat my first of 6 "meals". i eat every 2 hours. (3 meals are 3scoop shakes).

at around 10am (1hr after my 1st dose of dbol) i weight-train for 90mins, followed by another 40mins of cardio (usually the turbo trainer).
at around 3pm (1 hr after my 2nd dose of dbol) i do the same.
at about 7pm, i train core 'physically' for 60mins and then put on the slendertone for another 90mins on MAX.

every 3 days i weight-train with only half the weight of my max.
i let my body dictate my training sessions.... if i doesn't ache - it gets trained til it does.

i was a steel fixer for 20 years.
lifting was my job.

i am doing less lifting now than i was then. lol

What do you think? What would you change.

train 6 hours a day, lol, It has to be a Hoax post! No way its real!

sure you can, I know assholes that claim to train 2 hours everyday and look like shit because they spend 90% of their time talking instead of working

If his idea of training is similiar to his old career then he may think he's training for six hours. To any of us he would just look like an ass sitting around on equipment all day long. There isnt too much that irritates me as much as those people.

yeah those people must not have much of a life-it's the whole shit or get off the pot

Mentzer once said your in the gym to get a job done not to socialize, that's what they have bars and restaurants for

6 hours a day everyday! Holy shit! Bodybuilding is my life and after my son the most important thing to me. However there are other things I like to do in my day besides workout. lol

I call Bullshit!!! I am one determined and motivated 42 yr old and anything over 1 1/2 hours at our age is too detrimental to our aged CNS to be of benefit. More harm than good in my opinion......;)

You guys were a little harsher than the other forum. LOL> I couldn't stop laughing when I read he was taking dbol then doing 60 minutes of fasted cardio in the morning. They were basically saying the same thing he needed a better AI and 6 hours is way to long oh man I have to go check for some updates. My reply to him was he would need to eat 10,000 calories a day to put on any decent muscle. I mean just imagine some big hulkin dude saying to you
"Bro i just started up my dbol Test cycle again I'm gonna kickstart it every morning with 60 minutes of fasted cardio it's gonna rule" LOL

Playing devil's advocate here.. first, assuming he's retired, he would have the time to work out like that, and it sounds like he possibly is, and maybe he lives alone and doesn't have much of a life (sad as that might be). Second, he was obese, so he was trying to lose weight. He certainly would have enough fat on him to fuel him for a while. Obviously, he won't be able to do that for much longer being at 13% bf at the time of his post, if that number is correct. The cycle didn't really sound that far off to me. He did say he eats every 2 hours, but he didn't say how much, how many calories, etc., so we can't really read into it very much. We don't really know how intense his weightlifting/cardio sessions are either except for where he mentions "WGBP" at 185kg (407 lbs) for 1 rep, and every 3 days, he only uses half his max weight, whatever that may be.

Then again, maybe it's all a load of crap..

guy at my gym works out 4 to 6 hours at a time. Looks like crap and most of the time he is resting looking
exausted. He did loose a lot of weight from when he started a couple of years ago though. Way to much
if you ask me. Im in and out usually 45 min to a hour. Sometimes a little more but never over hour and a half.
I can tell he dosent get why we dont look similar. He has that more is always better way of thinking and
not really into a good diet. Thinking about it he seems to get a lot of colds and sick a lot. He is older also.
Like I said, too much.
