Good work bro. You have def put on size and leaned down. Whats your diet and training schedule look like?
 
I think I weighed in about 190 then with a 35.5 inch waist(according to my journal). I weighed 218 with a 33.5 inch waist this morning so there's def been a change in composition. I train 6 days a week,
Mon: legs
Tue: off
Wed: chest
Thur: back
Fri: shoulders
Sat: tricep
Sunday: bicep

I eat about 7 times a day, oatmeal before breakfast and an hour before gym. I don't eat much of a variety, steak, grilled chicken, steak stir fry with brown rice, turkey, chicken n rice, sweet potatoes, meatloaf anything thats not too horrible for me. I try to take n as much as possible, I usually get around 6000 cal with my shakes, I was getting 8000 in for a while but I've or to the point to where it's hard to make myself eat.
 
Looking good Busby, it's great that you gained near 30 pounds and still lost inches on your waist.
 
That's a pretty big jump, from the videos you were posting before, you could tell a difference with a lot of things. Nothing like keeping a journal so you have it to look back upon

Yea, its kinda hard for me to get videos now, moved about 2 months ago and the gym i go to is kinda packed in the afternoon. Just guessing Id say i put on between 30 and 40 lbs of muscle, thats not too shabby. Its kinda crazy tho cause ive gotten alot bigger but what I lift hasnt went up much.
 
Did you lift much before the past year? I put on 55 pounds the first year I started eating right and lifting right, but I was always really small due to cutting weight for wrestling, but since then I've been pretty stable
