I think I weighed in about 190 then with a 35.5 inch waist(according to my journal). I weighed 218 with a 33.5 inch waist this morning so there's def been a change in composition. I train 6 days a week,
Mon: legs
Tue: off
Wed: chest
Thur: back
Fri: shoulders
Sat: tricep
Sunday: bicep
I eat about 7 times a day, oatmeal before breakfast and an hour before gym. I don't eat much of a variety, steak, grilled chicken, steak stir fry with brown rice, turkey, chicken n rice, sweet potatoes, meatloaf anything thats not too horrible for me. I try to take n as much as possible, I usually get around 6000 cal with my shakes, I was getting 8000 in for a while but I've or to the point to where it's hard to make myself eat.
