Just wondering what you guys do to get thru soreness. Hadn't been sore in awhile and came down with the dreaded stomach bug Sunday and lost all kinds of water weight, I did chest yesterday and can hardly fuking move, lol.
I'm a weirdo because I actually like that feeling.....I know sick right. I'm sure it something to do with feeling like I really tore it up the day before and it will lead to more growth. Maybe a longer slower warmup might loosen you up before really getting at it. DSMO is good for muscle sorness too.
