For several months now I have been unable to get an erection firm enough to penetrate my wife. It is just too damn bendable. Not funny. Now my wife keeps telling me to give time. She said this back surgery I had in October is the reason - 5-level fusion and absolutely brutal recovery. Just recently been able to get out and about. I have tried Viagra and it gives me some blood in my penis, but not enough. I am so depressed about this. i would suggest getting blood panel done to include your test levels, free test level and estradiol. Then progress from there.

I didn't even think about the pain med thing brother, but after my neck fusion surgery I had a bit of this problem due to the meds. But, I'm with ya brother. I know first hand what its like...

I am on some Tramadol. And lately, I have been running some propionate. Blood work is due up in July.
 
Talk to the doc about Caverject or Trimix. They're usually the last resort if anything else isn't working, and they'll force it to work. The downside is injecting it into your dick.

I have only read about caverject, but from what I've read and as BIGZ stated, it forces your dick hard, and i mean splitting the skin super hard, but i would be super concerned about injecting something into my cock lol, but hey if that was the only way i could get hard and please my old lady, then i would probably do it! oh and come to think of it, i think the real absolute last resort is having a penis pump installed into your cock. Tramadol is an opioid most opiates and opioids are shown to lower testosterone. Some ssri's also can cause sexual side effects. Tramadol is both an opioid and acts like an ssri. Off label its used for depression mainly perscribed for pain though. Ive had it before. Along with lortabs and oxy's after surgery. In my experience opiates/opioids make me last longer and seemly get harder but everyones body is obviously different and its not uncommon for them to cause the opposite. When I use to take ssri celexa it was terrible sex life TERRIBLE! Sometimes the sides are permenant too. The fda to quickly puts out new meds! Its so dumb lol you listen to the fine print in commercials and its like the list of negs are four times longer than the benefits

well if tramadol is an opiod then theres the issue Lee! I thought for whatever reason it was a muscle relaxer, anyhow, my guess is thats the main issue
