Thanks to everyone for their input. The Tramadol is a pain killer and was needed several times after the surgery. I am no longer taking it. So it should be completely out of my system. I have tried Cialis and it improved my erection 10%, not enough. I took so much it affected my vision. Don't worry eyes are good. Come to think of it, I would lose my vision to have a good fuck. I am that desperate.

he is suing over the nerve damage bro? and do you know where the surgery was for, meaning disc wise, c4, c5 c7 or whatever? i am curious as i need a fusion from c4 through c7 and been putting it off forever , and took a long long time off from gym altogether until not long ago, but i am wondering where his surgery was

Bro I had issues with my back too!!!! Years ago had nerves pinched and it was actually from a cyst growing inside my spine!!!! It did the complete opposite for me though, I would stay fucking hard for hours.......not the good feeling hard but where my dick would turn red. Wife loved it but of course was concerned and after the cyst finally began to protrude they drained it and now it's a normal dick......not as exciting as before lol.

I would seriously bet it had to do with your surgery.
