Also, I have been strongly encouraged to get on some N2Guard. Can anyone let me know the most reputable and reasonably priced place to get some. I almost passed up on this cycle, for many reasons and cost was definitely one. I have an extra mouth to feed now and need to be smart with my money. I would rather miss a meal than purchase garbage food for my family. I guess, I'm just trying to adjust to a lot and not sacrifice the health, wellness, and happiness of my household.

Thank you all. I want you make sure I am getting the most out of my cycle. I'm hoping to be able to keep the Var dose low, but I will absolutely go up on the dosage if I'm tolerating it well. Form what I understand the Var will kick in fast and should enhance the effectiveness of the other compounds. I am a bit concerned about the lower back pumps. I have an old wrestling and work injury in my low back, it can be pretty painful if im not careful. I have been considering using some BPC to see if that will do me any good. Maybe one of the BOC and 500 combos, I'm not really sure, so many options and so much to consider. I don't want to run too many different compounds at once. It will be hard to determine what is doing what if I have too much going at once. Maybe I'll wait for the the Peptides until I'm near the end or have finished up with my PCT.

The only sweet thing I used is cold pressed apple juice I make at home. I use the apple juice with some cider vinegar and water to keep the meat moist on the long cooks. We will be eating on thus most of the weekend.
I eat it plane, or on a baked sweet or russet potato. I will be straming ang grilling veggies to go with it.

Thank you for the info and link. I will check them out today. I've been up since 4:30 meal prepping and get ready for work. We have a full how and a big week ahead. Our oldest son is graduating HS tomorrow, and the house is jammed with family.

It has thrown my work out schedule off a bit. I have had to hit it late at night and middle of the day. I much prefer moving the weights in the AM.

@Catfishlips i like to add raw pineapple juice to my fish. gives it a nice sweet taste. and then add lemon at the end

Damn, daily! I was under the impression that I could skip on my off/rest days because of the quick half life. Well, fuck it, it is what it is. I've been choking down 3 bags of supplements everyday for as long as I can remember, what's a few more small ones going to do.

I will do whatever needs to be done, as ling as I am resting well. I don't want to flood my system and be pissing out that gold. I'm sure I'll find the sweet spot with all the support I am receiving here.

So the BBQ was a big hit. I don't have a single shread of pork or beef left. We did dome BBQ potatoes and sandwiches. I was able to stay pretty clean with my food.

1L Russet cut in ½
½ topped with brisket
other ½ topped with pulled pork
Home made pickled Jalapeño
home made coleslaw
Rice vinegar, pepper, fresh dill, celery salt, fresh bell pepper, red and white cabbage, carrots, ¼ squeezed lemon, avocado oil, ⅓ shreaded green apple.
1 slice of rustic Rye bread

@Catfishlips Wow, I will admit that smoking Food Really looks good. I'm sure that it was incredible to eat something like this, and you don't really taste anything like that out there in a restaurant.
