Just posting macros is good but it doesn't tell us the whole story.I'm gonna have to tweak my total overall macros as my blood sugar is still staying too high. As soon as I get some things lined out starting this week I will post from my MyFitnessPal account and let you guys know what's going on. Also the new gym finally opened in my hometown and I was able to get in a great workout Saturday with my son. I'm still having to go slow that's if I get too hot I start that stupid coughing again. But I'll take this little progress as I'm getting it beats not doing anything

@drtbear1967 Bros, the diet is not bad but I think you can improve it. Try to stick to more single-ingredient whole foods. Sausage is not usually a good option, and there is a lot of processed meat, which is not good for you.This is my intake from yesterday.

I am still tweaking it. I have to keep my carbs in check due to being a diabetic.
