sorry for the absence.
I've been pretty sick.
I've lost quite a few kilos between not eating and not being able to train.
I also had to do a couple of intravenous drips because I was very weak and dehydrated.
Today I'm better and starting tomorrow I'll try to get back on track.
I'll start going to the gym again and I'll try to follow the diet to gain back the kilos I lost.
