A little update, got out of the air force after 10 years, moved to San Diego around Aug. '12, worked at an aerospace company, met a hot Colombian chick and have been with her for a little over a year, got laid off, and now just going to school with my GI Bill.

Used it and loved it. I would definitely use it again. Usually we're on a bunch of shit and it's hard to tell what's doing what, but this for sure gave me some good strength and vascularity.
