    That explains a lot then. Funny thing is I've been to the doc about 8 times in the past few years because of back problems. I've even seen a chiro for a while. None of them ever mentioned a pinched nerve.

    Bench and Incline are both up 20lbs for the same amount of reps. It's tough to judge most lifts. I'm squatting 50lbs more than when I started, but did 2 less reps.

    It's fairly simple. Just don't pick any Philly Eagles and you'll be all set lol. Last year was my first year doing fantasy football and I finished 2nd out of 10 in one league and 3rd out of 12 in another. Not too bad. The rules and scoring systems are laid out well before the season starts.
