those crapy workouts

It was funny, The other night I got busy and hit the gym later then usual.
I really didn't want to go and had to drag myself there. Two different
people came up to me and asked me if I have ever had a day where I
really didn't want to be there. I had to laugh and said "TODAY!!"
I have found that pushing thru the workouts when you dont even want
to workout is what gets you to those GREAT workouts.
The tool I used to use to get me to the gym on those "off" days is
telling myself how good I am going to feel when I am walking out of the
gym. How do you guy's deal with it when you feel like that.
 
I completely agree with you. I get like that sometimes on leg days--or I should say I used to be like that before I started DC. I pretty much do the same as you and think of the end result.
 
I'm feeling that way right now, it's Friday and it's beautiful out! Plus the Sox are gonna whoop the Yankees ass tonight and I want to see that. But I can't skip Bi's and Legs.

thats what I love about it.

even "shitty" days at the gym you still get stronger.
