    Who doesn't shave their head? Chicks dig it. The late night workouts are tough. Weekdays the only change I get to hit the gym is @ 8:30pm. Gym closes at 10. I take caffeine around 8:00.

    Got it man...thanks!! Seriously though, I've always heard eating a junk meal is better than missing a meal. As long as you don't make a habit out of it and it doesn't happen often. But what do I know, my diet is eat everything I see.

    LOL Malic bro, how are you ever going to know what works for you if you only stick with stuff for 2 weeks at a time? From what I've seen dude you got awesome genetics and are way ahead of most guys at your age. Just be consistent!

    Coming from the biggest fan of Metal...Ozzy blows. He did do some crazy shit though. Would have loved to party with the guy back in the day. I think he was referring to Sabbath with Dio on vocals (who was 10x better than Ozzy).
