The late night workouts are tough. Weekdays the only change I get to hit the gym is @ 8:30pm. Gym closes at 10. I take caffeine around 8:00.
Just thought I would post some progress for anyone thinking about giving DC training a go. I'm in my 3rd week now, it was my second "A1" workout.
I won't post my entire routine like DB006 because A. I'm too lazy and B. I know it will fade quick. But here's my two week progression.

Honestly, after training legs how do you drive home? I got in my car the other day and my legs were shaking uncontrollably. Anyone else have this happen?

Seriously though, I've always heard eating a junk meal is better than missing a meal. As long as you don't make a habit out of it and it doesn't happen often. But what do I know, my diet is eat everything I see.

Malic bro, how are you ever going to know what works for you if you only stick with stuff for 2 weeks at a time? From what I've seen dude you got awesome genetics and are way ahead of most guys at your age. Just be consistent!
Coming from the biggest fan of Metal...Ozzy blows. He did do some crazy shit though. Would have loved to party with the guy back in the day.
I think he was referring to Sabbath with Dio on vocals (who was 10x better than Ozzy).
